采用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定.结果 显示磷在质量浓度范围0~20mg/L时呈现良好的线性,相关系数r=0.9998,磷的回收率在95.40%~99.40%,相对标准偏差为:3.5%,方法的检出限为:0.012mg,/kg.运用所建立的方法和国标方法对市售洗衣粉、洗衣皂粉等样品进行对比试验,结果显示该方法准确可靠,操作简单安全,适合洗涤用品中总五氧化二磷的测定.
建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定汽油中铅的方法.采用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,酸消解体系为硝酸,在特定的消解程序下对样品进行消解,经过排酸,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅.在浓度范围0~50μg/L时呈现良好的线性,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为:0.9%,方法的检出限为:0.162μg/L.运用所建立的方法对1个汽油样品及铅含量标准样品中的铅含量进行检测,结果显示该方法选择性强、 灵敏度高,前处理方法简单、 快速、 安全,适合汽油中铅的测定.

建立了微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定水泥原料中总铬的方法.采用微波消解的方法对样品进行前处理,以硝酸-盐酸为消解体系,在特定的消解程序下对样品进行消解,经过排酸的步骤,加入氯化羟胺掩蔽其他元素的干扰,火焰原子吸收法测定总铬.在浓度范围0~ 1.0mg/L时呈现良好的线性,总铬的回收率在90.5%~99.0%,相对标准偏差为:0.32%,方法的检出限为:0.01mg/L,运用所建立的方法对5个水泥原料中的总铬进行检测,结果显示该方法选择性强、灵敏度高,前处理方法简单、快速、安全,适合水泥及原料中总铬的测定.
采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC/MS),建立了测定奶茶中香兰素和乙基香兰素的分析方法.选取了75 μm carboxen/聚二甲基硅氧烷(CAR/PDMS)萃取纤维,考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和盐浓度等因素对萃取效率的影响.采用3,4-亚甲二氧苯乙酮作为内标,对香兰素和乙基香兰素进行定量.结果表明,在检测范围0.5~25.0 μg内,该方法对香兰素(R2=0.9974)和乙基香兰素(R2 =0.9987)具有良好的线性关系,固体样品中香兰素和乙基香兰素的检出限分别为0.5 mg/kg和0.3 mg/kg,液体样品中检出限分别为0.05 mg/kg和0.03 mg/kg,香兰素的平均回收率为88.99% ~105.15%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为2.40% ~9.26%,乙基香兰素的平均回收率为91.57%~105.13%,相对标准偏差为2.35%~8.49%.该方法操作简便、准确可靠,适合于奶茶中香兰素和乙基香兰素的分析要求.
A method is established to determine Sudan dyes in capsicol.Self made neutral alumina has been used to adsorb Sudan dyes in capsicol.Acetone has been used to delute Sudan dyes,and HPLC with UV detector has been used to determine Sudan dyes.In the range of 0.5 mg/L to 8 mg/L,it shows a good linear relationship,correlation coefficient is in the range of 0.999 8 to 0.999 9,the recovery is from 97.28% to 101.38%,the relative standard deviation is from 0.74% to 1.01%,the detection limit is 0.13 mg/kg.The method has been used to detect ten samples,the results show that the method is suitable for detection of Su-dan dyes in capsicol with high selectivity and sensitivity.
A new method for the sensitive determination of Aflatoxins B1 in tea by high performance liquid chromatography with photoelectric reactor and fluorescence detector was established.A solution of V(acetonitrile)∶ V(H2O)=86∶ 14 was used to extract Aflatoxins B1 from tea.The extracted solution was then purified by a multifunctional and immuneaffinity column,respectively.The peak area and the concentration of Aflatoxins B1 showed a good linear relationship within the range from 0.591 μg/L to 5.91 μg/L with a linear correlation coefficient(r) of 0.9994.The recoveries at the concentrations studied [low level(7.090 μg/kg),high level(14.180 μg/kg)] were between 85.6% and 98.9% with a relative standard deviations ranging from 1.7% to 1.8%.The limit of detection(LOD) is 0.1 μg/kg(S/N=3).The limit of quantitation(LOQ) is(0.591 μg/kg).The new method was used to analyze eight tea samples collected from the local markets and negative results were obtained.The meth od is suitable for detection of Aflatoxins B1 in tea with high selectivity and sensitivity.
