A test bench schema of electric power load with test software developed on Labview was introduced.The system uses the technique of common DC bus bar,and is controlled by Siemens PLC S7-300.The data acquisition is based on the PXI DAQ modules,which are produced by Natioal Instrument.The communication is base on Profibus DP.The control of the test process,the human-machine interface,the data acquisition and processing are realized by the Labview programming.This system is now applied in the region of military industry,with stability and visible energy saving;the high-performance test software is convenient and flexible,and exceeding the common industrial configuration softwares.
