深部开采是未来矿产资源开采的必然趋势.深部开采过程中高地应力极易诱发岩爆、大变形、大体积塌方等工程灾害.浅部开采形成了大量采空区、甚至地表塌陷等严重影响着深部资源安全开采.以某铅锌矿浅部开采存在大量采空区、地表已经出现塌陷以及深部存在大量矿体为背景,提出在采空区下方预留原岩隔离矿柱来隔离浅部与深部开采,保证深部采矿方法转换,实现深部资源安全开采.借助理论分析、数值模拟,开展原岩矿柱厚度计算,结果表明25 m厚的原岩隔离矿柱满足安全需求.通过相似材料物理仿真实验和利用梯度加载的方式,实现原岩隔离矿柱作用机制分析,揭示了原岩隔离矿柱承载作用.研究成果可以为类似矿山深部矿体安全高效开采提供有益的借鉴.
With Hongling mining area with Pb-Zn polymetallic ore-body as the research object,experimental researches are carried out aiming at problems in exploration of lead and zinc ores including small production capacity,low labor efficien-cy,large quantities of stripping and cutting,high cost,large exposed area of stope roof,poor safety and higher costs at mainte-nance. Through the complex processes of joint mining within ore vein or not,stage drilling,deep hole parallel millisecond preci-sion blasting and caving,stage concentrated ore-drawing by scrapers,pillar recovery by once blasting and isolation of goaf,good index of production capacity of 970 t/d,loss rate of 3. l9%,dilution rate of 5. 25% and direct mining cost at 29. 22 yuan/t in the industrial field tests were obtained. Experiments proved that this mining process has characteristics of simple and practical operation,high labor efficiency,large production capacity,and low mining cost. It also can avoid the huge loss of pillars,and is a great progress in the safe and highly efficient mining technology for steeply inclined thick ore-body.
The main mining method in Linglong gold mine is shallow hole shrinkage method.For the occurrence of part orebodies is gently inclined and the hanging-foot wall is not stable,the traditional shallow hole shrinkage method is not suitable for the orebody stoping.In order to support the wall rock,some static ore is left in the stope.The paper introduces the stope structure and technique of static shrinkage method.The loss rate is 4.8 % and dilution rate 13.6 %.The production capacity is 33 % higher than the ordinary shallow hole shrinkage method.The static shrinkage method is an effective assistant mining method for the gently inclined orebody in Linglong gold mine.
Jiuqu gold mine encounter mid-thick orebody in the mining,there are some problems while using traditional shallow hole shrinkage method,the exposed ares of stope roof is too large,security can not be guaranteed,the recovery rate of ore is low.Though select shallow hole shrinkage method combined with mid-deep hole blasting,it can protect worker's safety,improve the recovery of ore,and shorten mining cycle of ore block.it is a new try to mining mid-thick orebody.
Linglong Gold Mine is in the high in-situ stress area.Rock mass is stiff and brittle granite.The Mine is a deep well mine now.The mining depth is more than 1000m and will exceed 1000m in the future.Rock burst will be a serious problem for the Mine during deep mining excavation.So the predication and prevention of rock burst play an important role in the control of deep ground pressure for the Mine.Based on the investigation,SEM,indoor rock mechanics experimentation,CSIR and measurement of in-situ stress,the author analyzed the mechanism of rock burst during deep mining excavation in the Mine and advanced prevention methods.
