[目的]评价我院以素质教育为核心的护理专业教学改革后本科毕业生临床工作胜任力是否达到培养目标的要求,毕业生是否满足用人单位的要求,以及毕业生自评和用人单位评价两者是否存在差异.[方法]对我院教学改革后在协和医院、阜外医院及肿瘤医院工作的7届本科毕业生共207名(毕业生组)及其所在病房护士长或科护士长共106名(管理者组)进行问卷调查.[结果]毕业生组自评和管理者组评价各项均分均在2.5分以上,即基本达到目标,且管理者组与毕业生组评价维度均分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]毕业生工作情况基本达到教学目标,同时也能够基本满足用人单位的需要,表明我校教学改革在课程设置及教学方面较为成功,教学改革后所培养人才基本达到了社会发展对护理教育的需要.

Objective To explore the dynamic changes of mental health of undergraduate nursing students and provide scientific basis for mental health education. Methods A total of 60 undergraduate nursing students in Gracd 2012 one school were received following-up investigation for four times in three years with symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results The scores of obsessive, anxiety and psychotic factors were higher in the freshmen than those in Chinese youth norm (P <0. 05). The mental health status of students gradually improved with the increase of grades, and the differences were not statistically significant to the third grade ( P>0. 05). In addition, the scores of some factors increased at the beginning of the second grade, especially interpersonal sensitivity (P<0. 05), then began to decline. Conclusions The mental health status of nursing freshmen is not optimistic, and we should strengthen mental health education to improve their psychological quality. Although their mental health status becomes better one year later, they are still confronted with difficulties in interpersonal skills.
