针对石油库和加油站灭火器使用和管理存在的问题,提出了相应措施:一是必须加强新配置灭火器的验收,购置合格灭火器,做到相关质量信息齐全,同时注意检查灭火器外观;二是必须精通相关标准和规范,有效配置灭火器,做到配置数量达标,设置位置合理,配备类型适用;三是必须落实有关规定,按照标准维修或报废灭火器,开展制度化的灭火器检查维护工作,充分发挥好灭火器扑灭初起火灾的重要作用.
In underwater sound propagation measurements, the great change of water depth along the measuring line can make the sound propagation change significantly. So, the topography of seabed mountains and trenches has a great influence on the sound wave propagation to make the sound transmission loss become larger and smaller, and even produces acoustic shadow effect, which has a great influence on the development and use of underwater acoustic equipment. In this paper, the sound propagation problem under a special seabed mountain terrain is analyzed, and by comparing with the experimental data, the sound transmission loss in the presence or absence of seabed mountain is studied. It is expected that this study will be helpful to the marine environmental survey and the development and application of underwater weapon equipment.

针对自容式水听器工作环境的要求,设计了一种可在水下300 m深处工作的水听器仪器舱,主要由圆柱形筒体和可安装工作器件的两个端盖组成.根据舱体的设计要求,合理选择壳体和端盖厚度,并对舱体的压力稳定性、耐压强度进行了分析、计算和仿真.着重解决了仪器舱的耐压、密封和防腐蚀三个关键问题,压力试验表明仪器舱满足使用要求.
鱼雷平均修复时间(MTTR)验证试验是试验鉴定中的重点内容,MTTR是考核鱼雷测试性、维修性及评估鱼雷战备完好性的关键指标.本文明确了MTTR验证试验的基本思路,规划了利用自然故障和模拟故障进行试验的试验实施方法和过程,并制定了明确的试验结果评定标准,该方法可直接指导鱼雷设计定型试验项目的实施.
The fault tree of torpedo position error test failure tip occurrence is established,according to factors of torpedo position error influence.The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on torpedo position error reliability are carried through.The probability significance is calculated based on reliability analysis.The conclusion is effect degree of torpedo position error system's factors.The system's weakness and service fault order are confirmed.The system's reliability could be improved through controlling these key parts,it will enhance torpedo position error reliability.
On the basis of neural network theory,this paper investigated the hydrodynamic coefficients of the linear type,weakly nonlinear type and strongly nonlinear type.To determine the coefficients of vessel movement,all neural network identifiers were optimized through the fuzzy immune genetic algorithm.Al so,simulations on wheel movements for the 10°/10° Z shape,30° circumgyratetion and 35° circumgyrate tion were performed.The results show that the corresponding curve for each wheel movement agrees well with the input parameters,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
Torpedo performance parameters are checked according to the purpose of torpedo test.Path uniform design method is brought forward in torpedo test,in allusion to success-and-failure binomial distribution check method's disadvantage.The controllable factors are carved up adequacy level,suitability uniform design table is applied,torpedo test path is designed and every path parameter can be received.The results of research on example show that the uniform design may reduce the test times greatly,and ensure that the testing points distribute uniformly among the test area,which including test path setting can cover with every situation,for example far-middle-near distance,big-middle-small board angle,high-middle-low target speed and deep-middle-shallow depth and so on.The test data is disposed based on principle of least squares,the model of index and factors is established and the influence degree of each factor is educed.This method is much application worth for torpedo test.
According to mathematical model of submarine electric propulsion’s six-phase synchronous motor(SSM) based on stationary coordinate system,the model is multi-variable,nonlinear and tighten coupling.The suitable model is established under rotationary coordinate system,by using of vector coordinate transform.SSM’s magnetometive force and torque are carried out controlled respectively as long as air-gap-field invariance,through the research based on air-gapfield orientation vector control.The results show that the model is correctness and efficiency.It solves nonlinear and coupling of multiphase machine.
To study for the purpose of warship motion response visual,models commonly and driving technologies used in developing visual simulation system have been studied.The paper proposed an overall design and process of the visual simulation system of warship motion,a realistic 3D model of warship is built based on the modeling software Creator.The movable models of main/flap rudder,main/flap fin and propeller are established used of the DOF node technology.The key technologies of visual simulation system are resolved,such as viewpoint switching,multi-channel showed and simulation data loading.The visual simulation system is implemented through the combination of the Vega API programming technology and the language environment of VC++,three-dimensional simulation results demonstrate the good interactive and fidelity of the system.
