目的:通过对宫颈细胞TBS+DNA定量细胞学检测及早发现宫颈病变阻断宫颈癌的发生.方法:对妇科门诊就诊及正常体检的420例妇女进行宫颈细胞TBS+DNA定量细胞学检测,阳性患者再做宫颈活检,诊断标准采用TBS分类系统.结果:420例妇女宫颈刮片标本TBS+DNA定量细胞学检测,其中炎症细胞392例(占93.3%),ASCUS及其以上病变28例,即阳性率为6.7%,其中AGCUS 1例;低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)21例;高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)5例,HSIL中CINⅡ4例,CINⅢ1例;鳞癌(SCC)1例.所有阳性患者均在阴道镜引导下行宫颈多点活检病理检查.除1例DNA定量细胞学检测为CINⅡ活检为CINⅢ,其余诊断均符合病理检查.结论:宫颈细胞TBS+DNA定量细胞学检测与病理组织学有一定的相关性,其无痛简便,门诊筛查子宫颈癌的有效方法.
Objective To analyze Mxil gene's role in leukemic cells.Methods Expression and mutation of Mxil gene in bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMNC) from 26 patients with de novo acute leukemia(AL),23 AL patients achieved complete responses(AL-CR) after treatment,and in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMNC) from 30 healthy volunteers as normal control,as well as 2 human leukemic cell lines(KG1,K562) were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Among all cases,Mxil gene could be detected.The average expression level of the Mxil gene was 0.531±0.205 in patients with de novo AL,0.613±0.223 and 0.628±0.239 on average in the human myeloid cell line KG1 and K562,respectively.The levels of Mxil gene in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group(0.923±0.187).There was significant statistical differences between experimental group and control group(P <0.05);Meanwhile,levels of Mxil gene in AL-CR patients(0.812±0.243) were significantly higher than de novo AL(P <0.05),and closer to its level in health group(P >0.05).Conclusion Mxil gene expression declined in acute myeloid leukemia,it suggests that this gene might be associated with leukemia.
目的:测定血栓栓塞性疾病患者血浆抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)水平,并分析其临床意义。方法:测定68例血栓栓塞性疾病患者和72例正常健康体检者血浆抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)水平。结果:血栓栓塞性疾病患者与健康体检者血浆AT-Ⅲ水平的差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血栓栓塞性疾病患者血浆中的抗凝血酶-Ⅲ水平降低,可能与血栓形成有关。

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)在近20多年中取得迅速发展.1977年GRUENTZIG首先将经皮冠状动脉腔内成型术(PTCA)应用于临床,开创了介入心脏病学新纪元.我国于1984年开始进行了第1例PTCA.近几年,以PTCA和支架置入术为主体的PCI技术在我国的发展十分迅速,每年完成例数以30%~40%的速度增长[1].
