0 引言 计量测试方法是管理体系中重要的组成部分,是开展检定、校准、检测和检验工作的依据.为确保测量结果的准确性和有效性,根据不同的测试类型,科学、合理、正确地选择使用方法是满足客户需求的前提.本文从如何进行方法的选择、验证和确认的区别等方面进行了探讨.
In this paper, the stainless steel pipeline for tirofiban hydrochloride sodium chloride injection was used for extraction test in two different media of tirofiban hydrochloride sodium chloride injection and pH 2.5 buffer solution in an oven at 70 ℃ under the conditions of 0 h,6 h and 12 h. The linearity and recovery of the test method were good, and the test results of extraction samples were good. The test results showed that the dissolution of chromium, manganese, iron, zinc and aluminum in the stainless steel pipeline was far less than the PDE value, No toxic and harmful substances are dissolved. Tirofiban hydrochloride sodium chloride injection has good compatibility with stainless steel pipes. This study provides technical support for the safety research of stainless steel pipes in pharmaceutical enterprises.
针对气载放射性碘在碘室内的行为规律建立物理模型,并通过实验确定物理模型中的关键参数,从而建立一套气载放射性碘参考源的制备方法.采用该方法可按预期活度值制备参考源,制备过程安全简便.应用该方法制备了三个131I核素参考源,其规划活度与实测活度的相对偏差不超过9%.
基于Altera公司FPGA芯片,提出了一种基于双频激光干涉仪系统中数字相位计的实现方法.该相位计用于测量系统中被测信号和参考信号之间的相位差角度,间接测量激光干涉仪的光程差信息.被测信号经过光电接收器以及A/D模数转换成数字信号送到FPGA芯片中,与FPGA内建的查找表参考信号做正交相关法解调运算,得到一组XY值,再利用CORDIC算法计算arctan函数获取相位差,最后计算出干涉仪的光程差,算法的全过程使用FPGA硬件实现.实验结果表明,该相位计使双频激光干涉仪的相位差测量精度在0.01°以内.
基于液体压力计的液面测量不易实现,且测量准确度不高.本文新研制一种高精度的自动液体压力计装置,其内部的浮子机构采用铝合金浮体和聚四氟漫反射平面.该装置构思巧妙,能够实现高精度液面位置测量.
