[Objective]To understand AIDS-related knowledge rate and behaviors of the migrant workers at construction sites in Zhuzhou,provide scientific basis of AIDS prevention and control project.[Methods]Five migrant workers' groups were randomly selected at construction sites to require individually for self-designed questionnaire survey.[Results]Of the 204 migrant workers investigated,74.02% of them understand the three pathways of HIV transmission;80.39% of them obtained AIDS knowledge from television,48.04% of them ever had commercial sexual intercourse and 65.31% of these behaviors took place in low-class establishments,only 61.76% used condoms;Among 133 married workers,only 28.57% of them use condoms with their spouse.[Conclusion]AIDS-related knowledge rate of the migrant workers at construction sites of Zhuzhou city was in a high level,but they have the high risk behaviors of AIDS infection.

于1997年6～8月,对株洲市厂矿卫生所和医务室的消毒工作进行了调查.调查以填表与采样检测结合进行.采样时,对医务人员手要求5指并拢,用浸有无菌生理盐水的棉拭在手掌面从指根到指端涂抹2遍采样;对物体表面则于5 cm × 5 cm规格板框取的面上涂抹10次采样.以检测细菌总数≤10 cfu/cm2为合格.对应用中的消毒液,取1 ml加入盛有9 ml中和剂溶液(氯或碘消毒剂者为含0.1%硫代硫酸钠、0.1%卵磷脂与2%吐温80的溶液,其它为含0.1%卵磷脂与2%吐温80的溶液)的试管中.
