Objective To investigate the value of two - dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods Seventy - six cases were investigated by two - dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography.The blood flow parameters of the breast lesions and intranodular blood flow were studied. Results The benign and malignant breast lesion had their special ultrasound features. Blood flow signals were showed in 22 out of 47 benign lesions(46.8%) and with grade Ⅰ- Ⅱ as low velocities and low resistance indices;color si-gal were showed in 24 out of 29 malignant lesions (82.8% ) with gradeⅡ - Ⅲ as high velocities and high resistance indices. Conclusion Two - dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography are helpful for the diagnoes and the differetiation of benign and malignant breast lesions.
