Objectives To study the influence of apoptosis-related gene p53 and PTEN expression levels on grading and prognosis of prostate cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry were applied to study the expression of p53 and PTEN in 80 cases prostate cancer tissue and paracancer tissue,40 cases healthy control.The relationships between the expression level and pathologic characteristics were compared in different grade and prognosis cancer tissues.Results The expression rate of p53 was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissue and PTEN was significantly lower than paracancer tissue and healthy control(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference of p53 expression rate between prostate cancer tissue with different differentiation grade and prognosis (P < 0.05).There was a significant difference of PTEN expression rate between prostate cancer tissue with different differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis and prognosis(P < 0.05).There was no significant correlation between p53 expression and PTEN expression(P >0.05).Conclusions p53 and PTEN gene participate the differentiation grade which affect the prognosis of prostate cancer,but there is no significant correlation between p53 expression and PTEN expression.
The study aim was to investigate the impacts of the expressions of tumor suppressor gene phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) and p53 on the grading and prognosis of prostate cancer. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and p53 in 80 prostate cancer and adjacent tissue samples, as well as in 40 normal tissue samples, and the relationships among their expressions, prostate cancer grading, and prognosis were then compared. p53 was significantly up-regulated in prostate cancer tissue (P<0.05), but PTEN was significantly down-regulated (P<0.05). The expression levels of PTEN in the cancer tissues with different differentiation degrees, stages, metastasis, and prognosis exhibited significant differences (P<0.05). The expression levels of p53 in the cancer tissues with different differentiation degrees and prognosis exhibited significant differences (P<0.05). There were no correlations between the expressions of p53 and PTEN (P>0.05). Apoptosis-related gene p53 and PTEN participate in the grading of prostate cancer, and also affect patient’s prognosis, but there are no correlations between these two genes.
目的:探讨微创治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法:从输尿管结石患者中抽取82例作研究对象,应用随机抽签方式将其分成两组,对照组(n=41)应用传统开放式手术(输尿管切开取石术),研究组(n=41)则采取微创手术(输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术)治疗,对比两组患者术后镇痛药物使用率、术中出血量、手术时间和离床活动时间.结果:①研究组镇痛药物使用率是7.32%,低于对照组的19.51% (P <0.05);②研究组术中出血量较对照组少(P<0.01),手术时间、离床活动时间均短于对照组(均P<0.01).结论:微创治疗输尿管结石的临床效果肯定,可缓解患者术后疼痛,缩短其手术时间,并减少术中出血量,加速其痊愈进程.
Objective:To compare the effects of disposable circumcision suture device,Shangring and circumcision.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: circumcision group,ShangRing group and disposable circumcision suture device(DCSD) group. Evaluation indicators included:operation time,blood loss,intraoperative pain score,postoperative pain score, the pain duration of postoperative,postoperative treatment,postoperative edema,incision dehiscence,postoperative bleeding, postoperative blood,reoperation after operation,postoperative infection,healing days,postoperative scar,postoperative adhesion, satisfactory evaluation of penis appearance,overall satisfactory evaluation,cost,etc.Results:Intraoperative blood loss and operation time of ShangRing group and DCSD group were all lower than that of circumcision group (P<0.001).Intraoperative pain of DCSD group was less than that of circumcision group and ShangRing group(P<0.001).The postoperative pain of circumcision group was higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.001).The appearance satisfaction of penile of DCSD group and ShangRing was higher than that of the circumcision group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of DCSD group was higher than that of ShangRing group and circumcision group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DCSD can shorten the operation time and healing time,reduce intraoperative and postoperative pain,and reduce the postoperative infection and postoperative scar and postoperative adhesion,which can improve patients?appearance satisfaction of penile and overall satisfaction.

目的:探讨精液中参数测定与男性不育的关系。方法:采用北京伟力精液检测系统测定精液参数、UU感染(解脲支原体感染)及药敏和A5-A6(抗精子抗体)进行相关性分析。结果:574例男性不育就诊者中159例精液白细胞>1×106个/ml设为阳性组;415例精液白细胞≤1×106个/ml设为阴性组;阳性组精子活率(1%)、密度、低渗肿胀率明显低于阴性组(P<0.05);阳性组精子畸型率、枯度增高率、UU感染率和AsAb阳性率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组精液量、精液pH值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:精液中白细胞含量增高影响精液质量,是男性不育的重要原因之一。
目的:观察Devine矫正术治疗小儿单纯性隐匿阴茎的疗效。方法:采用Devine矫正术治疗小儿单纯性隐匿阴茎11例,年龄6~12岁,均非肥胖小儿。结果:本组手术后阴茎均明显显露同正常同龄儿,术后出现阴茎皮肤水肿3例,3周内消退。随访1~2.5年,阴茎外观满意,无明显回缩,勃起功能正常。结论:隐匿阴茎系因阴茎皮下肉膜层发育异常所至,Devine矫正术可彻底切除失去弹性的纤维肉膜组织而松解阴茎,是一种治疗小儿单纯性隐匿阴茎的有效方法。
目的研究在大鼠过量摄氟后体内对肝细胞中游离钙([Ca2+]i)水平和肝细胞凋亡的影响.方法应用饮水加入氟化钠进行大鼠染毒实验,采用Fura-2/AM荧光指示剂测定慢性氟中毒大鼠肝细胞内[Ca2+]i浓度的变化,同时利用流式细胞术测定肝细胞凋亡率.结果过量氟可刺激肝细胞内[Ca2+]i浓度增高,常食(高钙饮食)投氟组与常食对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),偏食低钙投氟组高于低钙对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);肝细胞凋亡率在正常饮食加氟组与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),低钙饮食加氟组肝细胞凋亡率明显增高,与低钙对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05);相关分析显示,低钙饮食投氟组肝细胞内[Ca2+]i浓度增高与细胞凋亡率有相关性趋势(r=0.576).结论(1)过量氟所致的大鼠肝细胞内[Ca2+]i持续增高对肝细胞凋亡有不同程度的影响,可能在氟骨症病理过程中起重要作用;(2)投氟伴随低钙可加重细胞内[Ca2+]i超负荷和细胞凋亡,提示钙营养与氟中毒发病有着重要联系;(3)肝细胞内[Ca2+]i增高与肝细胞凋亡率之间有无相关性有待于进一步研究证实.
