>在临床很多外科系统手术后患者需做引流管护理,观察引流量,为术后患者的病情判断提供客观依据。因此,在临床准确掌握和记录引流液的量、性质很重要。在多年的临床实践中发现,在为术后患者的引流管护理过程中,使用通常采用的储液袋,由于塑料软质袋形状不固定,实际容量和储液袋上的刻度相差较大,不能准确记录引流量,达不到为手术

Objectives: To find out the ethical concerns faced by nurses in different departments and to bring forward effective coping countermeasures. Method: Nurses working in Class-Ⅱ general hospitals in Yanbian were investigated by questionnaires to find out their status worries,cognitive worries,emotional worries,behavior worries and the relationships between these worries and the common characteristics of these nurses. SPSS was used to analyze the data. Results: The scores of status worries,cognitive worries,emotional worries were 72.94 ± 25.59,36.63 ± 11.12 and 36.01 ± 8.27 respectively. The score of status worries was related to different department significantly,there was no relationship between other ethical concerns and the common characteris-tics of nurses. There were 76.8% of nurses who imagined the coping strategies,but there were 15.9% of nurses who tolerated these ethical concerns. Conclusion: Nursing manag-ers should do their best to guide nurses to cope with the conflicts correctly. It is sug-gested that ethical division should be used to standardize the behaviors of nurses to create good work environments and resolve all kinds of inflacts.

健康教育随着医院整体护理的不断深入也逐步深入到所有来院就医的患者及家属中,但是,由于对健康教育在制度规模及规范上不够完善,进而使健康教育只停留在卫生宣教的层面上.只有认识和解决了存在的问题,才能开展好健康教育工作,满足患者对医疗护理服务的需求.
