为切实履行自然资源统一调查监测职责,全面提升自然资源治理能力和行政审批效率,近年来,焦作市自然资源和规划局在耕地保护"一张图"综合监管平台的基础上,加快建立自然资源"一张图"监管平台,健全统一调查、评价、监测制度和监管体制,探索开展自然资源动态遥感监测监管工作,为自然资源保护和各类批后监管提供有效、科学、权威的数据支撑.
地名地址数据由多部门管理且数据格式不一致,难以满足智慧城市建设对跨部门、跨行业、跨地区政务信息共享和业务协同的需求.本研究实现了基于地名地址应用服务系统,建立了覆盖焦作全市范围的权威、统一、现势性强的地名地址数据库,开发了基于B/S架构的移动端数据采集、网上办事大厅、备案审批系统、查询服务系统和数据可视化中心等5个子系统和1套公共服务接口,实现了全市地名地址数据的统一管理.系统充分利用了“天地图·焦作”、政务云平台等各种信息资源,可应用于跨部门数据共享和业务协同,节省财政资金,缩短项目周期.
焦作市地处太行山南麓、黄河腹地,那里山水交融、四季分明,素有"北国小江南"之美誉.在这山水灵秀、人杰地灵的山阳古城,活跃着一个体制独特、模式新颖的公益性质单位.这就是焦作市基础地理信息中心.在短短3年多时间里,中心在促进焦作市国土资源信息化发展、数字焦作地理空间框架的更新与维护、地理信息公共服务平台的完善和推广、服务和保障不动产登记、为政府部门提供地理信息服务等方面取得了丰硕成果,并得到社会各界的一致好评.
An automatic building detection method based on fusing LiDAR and multispectral imagery was proposed in this paper.The proposed method first separated the building and tree points from original LiDAR point cloud;then different features were extracted from LiDAR and multispectral imagery,such as surface curvature,intensity and NDVI value.These features were combined together to form the feature vector;finally,using feature vector derived from LiDAR and multispectral imagery as the input for support vector machine,an automatic building detection result could be acquired.Experiment results showed that the proposed method could efficiently fuse LiDAR and multispectral imagery for automatic building detection based on support vector machine.

This paper mainly introduced the light digital aerial photogrammetry system of new generation,including the software and the hardware.Combined with the example of digital photogrammetry in Jiaozuo,it introduced the main work method of digital photogrammetry.According to the accuracy assess of the digital production,we can finally find that the light digital photogrammetry system can completely satisfy the accuracy requirements of the big scale map.
