采集贵州铜仁石阡苔茶3个重点产茶区的土壤和茶叶样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定样品中的砷、镉、铬、铜、铅、汞、镍、锌等重金属含量,根据当前相关标准,采用单因子污染指数法、Nemerow综合污染指数法进行分析评价.结果表明:茶园土壤中8种重金属含量均未超标,未受重金属污染;相应土壤生长的茶叶未受到重金属污染,符合国家绿色、有机、无公害的标准,研究区具有发展无公害农产品和绿色食品茶叶的土壤环境条件.
茶叶中稀土元素的含量一定程度上影响着茶叶的安全和品质,以贵州省铜仁市石阡县产茶区的茶叶为研究对象,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)分析茶叶样品中16种稀土元素含量特征.结果表明:不同茶园茶叶稀土元素含量存在一定的差异性,总体平均含量为1.865mg/kg,未超出《食品中污染物限量》GB2762-2012中规定的标准(2mg/kg),可能与生长过程中累积效应或喷施稀土叶面肥过量有关,其研究结果为铜仁茶产业的发展提供参考.
通过采集贵州省石阡县聚凤乡、五德镇内6个茶园中的茶叶样品,使用等离子体发射光谱仪和质谱仪综合分析Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu、Cd的含量,结果发现:六个茶园的茶叶中,污染元素镉含量非常低,对人体健康不足以造成威胁,说明茶叶在种植过程中都未受到镉的污染,富含锰、铁、锌、铜等人体必需的营养元素,适量饮茶,有益身体健康.
Land resources are the basis for the existence and development of human society,which are important natural resources,whether the sustainable use of land resources could be achieved was the key for sustainable development of social. Taking Liping County of Guizhou Province as an example,the suggestions on sustainable use of land resources were proposed.
