针对风力发电机叶片故障诊断中正常与故障数据不均衡问题,提出一种基于SVDD的故障诊断方法.首先,设计高通滤波器消除风噪对检测声信号的影响,提取出多维时频特征量;然后,引入主成分分析法(PCA)优化初始特征向量,有效表征叶片的健康状态,在此基础上训练建立基于SVDD的单分类模型.最后,基于实测数据,实验验证了算法的有效性.
According to the cost and profit of the power generation enterprises participating in the green electricity market,this paper builds a "principal-agent" game model between the government and the power generation enterprises.By solving the game model separately in the voluntary subscription market and the quota assessment market,the different incentive mechanisms adopted by the government for power generation enterprises are studied under different green power markets.
Higher requirements are put forward by power system reform,economic development"new normal"and other new situations to the distribution network planning. The existing distribution network planning standards(DPLS)in China can not fully meet the development of distribution network under new conditions.Existing DPLS in China is compared with that in foreign countries in terms of planning objectives,planning principles,power supply safety requirements,advantages and disadvantages. The basic principles should be followed are researched and proposed.And combined with the domestic development of distribution network,the optimization program and framework are proposed.
Aiming at the imperfect evaluation index and rough evaluation in circuit breaker interrupting capacity verification,a quantitative evaluation method considering substation bus arrangement and breaker action sequence is proposed.The verification method of excessive short circuit current is proposed combining with main wiring and sequence of circuit breaker.The replacement sequence of circuit breaker is optimized,and the conclusions can be used for power grid upgrading and circuit breaker selection.
In order to select the suitable medium voltage distribution line connection modes for different power supply areas,a reliability assessment model is established in high voltage distribution network layer,medium voltage distribution line layer,medium voltage distribution transformer layer and low voltage line layer.This multi-layer model analyzes the impactx of different layers on the reliability,and calculates the average interruption hours of customers (AIHC) of each layer.According to the reliability demand of each power supply area,the corresponding suitable connection mode is screened from the first to the last layer by the multi-layer model.
为了分析水光互补系统对龙羊峡水电站水量电量以及电网运行方式的影响,对光伏电站和龙羊峡水电站发电特性进行分析,并进行水光互补方式电力电量平衡计算和日运行方式模拟计算。结果表明,光伏电站对龙羊峡水电站备用容量、负荷率、水量电量等方面有一定影响,龙羊峡水电站需要同时满足补偿光伏和电网运行要求,运行调度复杂性及难度增加。
宁夏风电装机增长迅速,随着大规模风电的上网发电,风电有功出力的随机性、间歇性对电力系统调峰的影响日益增大。文章分析了宁夏电网网架结构、负荷以及电源特性。结合宁夏电网2012年实测数据,直观显示了宁夏电网风电出力在不同时段的波动特性,分析了大规模风电接入对宁夏电网调峰能力的影响。文章还评估了宁夏电网2013年典型运行方式下风电接纳水平。结合上述研究结果,文章提出了改善大规模风电接入后宁夏电网调峰能力的方法。
对750 kV新疆—西北联网第二通道应用串补可能带来的次同步谐振问题进行了研究.采用系统频率扫描及时域仿真方法,分析了750 kV新疆—西北联网第二通道应用串补后周边火电厂发生次同步谐振的风险.研究结果表明,西北750 kV电网应用串补后,在个别极端情况下存在发生次同步谐振的风险,而采用750 kV可控串补可对次同步谐振起到抑制作用.由于西北电网现阶段发生次同步谐振的可能性较低,建议在实际运行中避开危险工况并加装扭应力继电器等保护措施;而是否采用750 kV可控串补宜结合经济性方面的因素综合考虑.
