With the integration of multiple energy sources into the power grid makes power quality disturbances (PQDs) more complex. Dealing with power quality problems requires automatic classification of PQDs. This paper proposes a novel semi-supervised Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) framework based on Temporal Ensembling for PQDs classification. Considering both short-term and long-term features of PQDs, a Visibility Graph (VG) based graph theory model was adopted to process PQDs to highlight features. In the proposed semi-supervised framework, Graph Convolutional Network was designed to extract features from massive PQDs and classify PQDs automatically. Due to the fact that GCN belongs to supervised learning, it is necessary to label the data in advance. However, labeling is costly and easily lead to human mistake. Therefore, this article introduces the Temporal Ensembling algorithm which provides pseudo labels to reduce the amount of labeled data and has tolerance to incorrect labels. Simulation results prove that the proposed method is capable of noise resistance, tolerates incorrect labels, and has high classification performance in both single and composite PQDs.
Effective identification of complex power quality disturbances (PQDs) is the premise and key to improving power quality issues in the current complex power grid environment. However, with the increasing application of solid-state switches, nonlinear devices, and multi-energy system generation, the power grid disturbance signals are distorted and complicated. This increases the difficulty of PQDs identification. To address this issue, this paper presents a novel method for power quality disturbance classification using a convolutional neural network (CNN) and gated recurrent unit (GRU). The CNN consists of convolutional blocks, some of which come with a squeeze-and-excitation block (SE), and is used to extract the short-term features from PQDs, where the convolutional block is used to capture the spatial information from PQDs and the SE is used to enhance the feature extraction capability of the convolutional neural network. The GRU network is designed to capture the long-term feature from PQDs, and an attention mechanism connected to GRU's hidden states at different times is proposed to improve the GRU's feature capture ability in long-term sequences. The CNN and GRU are parallelly arranged to perceive the same PQDs in two different views, and the feature information extracted from them is fused and transmitted to the Softmax activation layer for classification. Based on MATLAB-Simulink, a typical multi-energy-source system is constructed to analyze PQDs, and twelve PQDs are simulated to validate the proposed method. The simulation results show that the proposed method has higher classification accuracy in both single and hybrid disturbances and significant advantages in noise immunity.

文章旨在探讨明式家具的场所适应性及其设计原理.通过展示图像史料中文人风格(明式)家具在民间场所和宫廷场所中所呈现的和谐感,以及存世的明式民间家具和明式宫廷家具在造型上的相似性,指出明式家具的场所适应性及其造型的非阶级性特征.以此为切入点,结合造型分析、例证和分类归纳等方法探索明式家具造型的设计规律,并以儒道哲学对其进行解读,论证"天地阴阳"原理与明式家具场所适应性之间的关系.该原理为明式家具的造型设计提供了原则和依据,表现在用材截面的形状、杆件之间的结合形式、杆件线条的曲直所带来的视觉效果、杆件之间的比例关系,以及其他细节的处理等方面,从而在整体上赋予了明式家具"中和"的美学品格,并体现了儒道哲学追求"天爵"的价值取向.相比清式家具的造型设计强调阶级差别而追求"人爵"的价值取向,明式家具在境界上更胜一筹,对当代设计也更具启示意义.
The correlation between empathy and customer responses may be a key to solve the problem of classical furniture advertising design. To explore the relationship between empathy and consumer purchasing response, this study proposes a model of dual path mechanism of empathy influencing consumer purchase intentions in classical furniture through advertising design related to furniture brand Tanjuyuan. The results not only prove the hypotheses, but also indicate that: (1) cultural empathy and empathy fusion have a more significant impact on consumers’ purchase intention than practical empathy; (2) cultural empathy plays a dominant role in influencing consumers’ purchase intention; (3) empathy fusion is a key mediator between cultural empathy and practical empathy in influencing consumers’ purchase intention. These findings provide issues for subsequent research from various perspectives, such as enhancing the practical perceptions of consumers of classical furniture products, cultural value perceptions, and the interdisciplinary application of empathy.
文章旨在探讨明式家具的功能适应性及其设计原理.通过展示历史上明式家具的功能和空间陈设,从明式家具的功能适应性特征入手,通过数据归纳和图示分析探索明式家具的设计规律,并通过儒道哲学对其进行解读,论证"体用"思想与明式家具功能适应性的关系.分析出"体用"思想在明式家具设计中体现为三个层面:家具是作为一个整体的体系而不只是个体来看待和设计;家具可以划分为三类基本的"用";家具具体的"用"与不同的尺寸标准息息相关.推导出"体用"思想中蕴含着动态秩序观、可持续发展和人文关怀导向以及"本末"理念,对当代设计具有重要的借鉴意义.
