红台气田属低孔、特低渗气藏,具有非均质性强,纵向含气砂体叠置率高的特点,如采用前期成熟分压2层压裂管柱,完成5层压裂,需多次压井,施工周期长、储层伤害大,增产幅度有限问题,为此开展了适合红台气田分压5层管柱研究和试验,即采用3级Y241+1级Y221封隔器组合,采用投球打开喷砂器进行加砂施工,放喷结束后,逐级解封封隔器,分段解封管柱,下入生产管柱。该管柱分别在红台两口井开展了先导性试验,均顺利完成施工,增产效果良好。
