运用数据包络分析理论中BCC模型比较分析福建科技投入产出绩效表明,福建省科技投入产出绩效水平低于全国和东部省市,主要是由于纯技术效率无效所致,同时存在规模报酬递减态势.文章就如何提高福建省科技投入产出绩效,提出相关的应对策略与建议.

Through the establishment of index for the power of science and technology,this paper compared the difference of the power of science and technology between Fujian province and other coastal provinces based on the science and technology data in China Statistical Yearbook from 2000 to 2009.Then the paper analyzed the main problems curbing the development of Fujian Province in the field of science and technology,and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
