This article put forward the concept of voltage dip ride through capability test system of electrical equipment, and made the definition and description for the composition, function and application of the test system. We got the voltage dip ride through curve through the experimental study of AC contactor using the test system. The test results show that the voltage dip ride through capability of AC contactor is greatly influenced by the voltage dip initial phase angle. The results of this study can provide reference for AC contactor or similar electrical equipment manufacturers to research the voltage dip characteristics and improve the design of the equipments, strengthening the voltage dip ride through capability and reducing economic losses of users. The results also can provide guidance to choose such equipments for users.
In order to ensure high-reliability and high-security of the power supply for major politic, economic and culture activities, emergency power supply vehicle is often used to provide backup by power companies. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is widely utilized to join the vehicle into power grid. The switching process lasts for a few seconds, during which power supply is shortly interrupted and the normal operation of sensitive load is affected. Although UPS power system can realize uninterruptible power supply for important users, its corollary equipment is relatively complex and diverse. Moreover, it's usually designed as an integrated structure and high-power UPS cannot be loaded on the vehicle. To overcome the shortcoming of current power supply vehicle and meet the uninterruptible large-capacity power supply demand in special period, this paper proposes two mobile power supply solutions based on Solid State Transfer Switch (SSTS). Application test shows that the designed power supply vehicle based on SSTS has multiple functions, reliable performance and strong practicability.
Solid State Transfer Switch (SSTS) is one of the most economic and effective techniques that can solve the problem powering to sensitive load and critical load uninterruptedly. SSTS uses modern power electronic technology and measurement technology which are based on microprocessor, optical fiber communication and digital signal processing technology to meet the need of power supply. This paper shows how to design solid state switch test system through the three-phase power phase shifter and voltage sag simulation device. Using this system, the actual operation performance of SSTS is analyzed. The result shows that SSTS can keep sensitive load operating including metal-halide lamp. In addition, the system can test SSTS and other same kind of device before the listing. It is also beneficial to field hand-over test and maintenance technology research. Above all, it will provide reference to engineering staffs.

As the traditional reliability indexes are no longer to meet the needs of more complicated power quality demands for end-users, this paper introduces the concept of voltage availability to describe how the operation conditions are influenced by different voltage disturbances based on the traditional reliability. Besides outages in the traditional reliability, voltage dips, swells, short interruptions are also considered to assess the voltage availability.The severity index of voltage availability is evaluated with the help of technical characteristics of various disturbances, such as energy index. Moreover, combining severity index with the frequency of disturbances in different sites, the method is able to get the final voltage availability index, based on which the levels of voltage availability are determined. An example is made with the data of 27 sites, which confirms the usefulness of this method.

A wireless data transmitting system for torque sensors was presented.The structure of hardware design and the operation procedure of software system were also introduced.It can replace the complicated wiring data transmission and eliminate some hidden trouble in site test where traditional torque sensor can not do this without any wiring,and it is very suitable for the areas where wireless data transmission should be used.In addition,it was tested in practice,and found that this system was used conveniently and ran in good condition.
Wireless technique is the means by which the wireless transmit and receive module work in replace of the cable connection in a short distance.A wireless data acquisition system for smart pressure sensor is presented in this paper,which is made up of two separated parts,the one is data acquisition for transmitting and the other is receiving module.The paper mostly introduces the structure of hardware design,the operation procedure of software system,and the experiment results.The offset thermal drift of pressure sensor is compensated with the normalized polynomial-match for non-linear function,which can improve the precision of measurement and temperature stability.The system can be used in some special situations for the signal collection,processing and transmitting,and it can also replace the complicated wiring in local field.Furthermore,it is low cost and reliable with high practicability.
