本试验以健康昆明小鼠为研究对象,研究不同日龄小鼠脾脏胚后发育细胞的增殖规律,以探讨脾脏发育与功能的关系.结果显示:随着小鼠日龄增加,脾脏脏器指数增加,结构日益清晰,支持组织及小梁逐渐增多,分界明显,淋巴滤泡随日龄逐步增大,且与周围组织分界渐清晰,25、50日龄时在红髓与白髓区均可见较多的巨噬细胞.根据组织结构与免疫功能的关系,随着日龄增长,脾脏结构逐步发育成熟,免疫功能迅速增强.
To study the effect of different phosphorus levels and sources on peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets in layer,60 healthy lohmann pink layers were randomly divided into four groups and fed on diets as follows: low-phosphorus group Ⅰ with 0 addition,low-phosphorus group Ⅱ with 0.05% dicalcium phosphate(DCP),low-phosphorus group Ⅲ(0.05% dicalcium phosphate(MDCP),and group Ⅳ with normal phosphorus addition(control).Flow cytometry was used in the study.The results showed that,when fed with low-phosphorus diets compared with the control group,the percentage of CD3+ T lymphocyte and CD3+CD4+ T lymphocyte subset in the peripheral blood of the layers were decreased(P0.05 or P0.01) at 50 days,and the percentage of CD3+ T lymphocyte was increased at 80 days in the low-phosphorus groups.There were no significant differences in the effect of different phosphorus sources on peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets.The results indicate that phosphorus deficiency can lead to decreased numbers of the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte populations,affecting the cellular immune system in layers.However,the immune function is restored in later period due to body's compensatory adjustment in layers.
