本文旨在了解目前《临床输血学》课程思政素材和教学方式的效果及学生的接受程度,探索构建更有效的《临床输血学》课程思政教学体系.研究通过在授课过程中融入思政素材,课后发放调查问卷,进行统计分析.问卷结果显示学生对目前检验系《临床输血学》课程思政教学接受程度和满意程度较高,仍有少数同学不能很好地认识到课程思政的重要性.学生比较喜欢的课程思政形式是由老师讲授或者同学参与讨论社会事件.问卷分析提示当前使用的课程思政素材选择比较合理,但仍需在学生的重视和参与程度,课程体验丰富程度、教师的思政素养以及质量保障机制方面继续完善,真正做到知识传授与价值引领同行并重.
Objective To survey and analyze the PBL lessons in the course of Clinical Transfusion Medicine.Evaluate the effect and problems in PBL lessons and explore more effective models.Methods A questionnaire was designed according to the purpose of the survey,4 teachers and 89 students of medical laboratory science in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were investigated.Results Students gave high evaluate of both the case and the teachers.Main suggestion was to reduce the class time.When the students were told that the evaluation results will be added to their total score and compared to the teachers' evaluation,they will be more objective.The results were statistically significant.Conclusion PBL cases for Clinical Transfusion Medicine should not be too long.Paying attention to the meaning and feedback of evaluation can greatly improve the enthusiasm and objectivity of the students.
Objective To investigate the cell immunity in eosinophilia patients. Methods 100 patients' venous blood in which eosinophil was over 5% and 145 patients' venous blood in which monocyte was over 8% were analyzed the Ag-NORs expression of the lymphocytes by a KL imaging system. Results The Ag-NORs expression of the T lymphocytes in eosinophilia was higher than that in controls. Conclusions The cell immunity in eosinophilia is enhanced, which can be screened throngh automated hematology analyser.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and significance of cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and troponin I (cTnI) in myocardial damage caused by acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and heart operation. Methods Sera from 80 patients with myocardial infarction [50 AMI cases, 30 old myocardial infarction (OMI) cases], 100 patients with heart operation, 60 patients with non heart operation and 20 healthy controls were examined for cTnT, cTnI,CK and CK MB by enzyme immunosorbent assay and other physiochemical methods. Results (1) The sensitivity and specificity for myocardial damage were cTnT (72 4%,100 0%),cTnI (81 8%,100 0%),CK(64 8%,62 2%) and CK MB (54 6%,87 5%) respectively. (2) In AMI and heart operation groups, the concentrations of cTnT,cTnI,CK and CK MB rose up.4 indexes in AMI and heart operation groups were higher significantly than those in healthy controls ( P 0 01).(3) During 3 h after AMI or heart operation, the positive rates of cTnT(50 0%) and cTnI(44 0%) were significant higher than those of CK(20 0%) and CK MB(24 0%).In heart operation group, the positive rates of cTnT(56%) and cTnI(45%) were also significant higher than those of CK (28%) and CK MB(22%).At the 5th day after AMI or heart operation, the AMI positive rates were 70% (cTnT),66% (cTnI),4% (CK MB) and 8% In heart operation group, the positive rates were 66% (cTnT),61% (cTnI), 6% (CK MB) and 10% (CK). Conclusion The content of serum cTnT and cTnI can closely reflect the extent of myocardial damage in acute myocardial infarction and heart operation. They provide a longer diagnostic window for detection of myocardial injury than of CK and CK MB.Serum cTnT and cTnI are markers with high sensitivity and specificity for myocardial damage and can aid the diagnosis of AMI or myocardial injury.
