After commercial running of a 300MW CFB boiler,due to air preheater steam soot-blowing effect is not obvious,ash continued to accumulate at the air preheater tube row,exhaust gas temperature and draught fan current continues to rise,the unit economy index dropped ceaselessly.After modification of gas soot-blower,the exhaust gas temperature and the draught fan current were relatively stable and greatly reduced compared with the steam soot-blower.The efficiency of the boiler and auxiliary power consumption rate and others economic indicators are good,and energy conservation effect are obvious.
