In order to achieve the mountain orchard double-track transport parking automatically at the limit position of arbitrary range of the track and avoid the loading block rushing out of track effective area,based on analysis the whole transport structure characteristics and the working principle of the transport, this paper used the hardware like rotary en-coder to design the mountain orchard traction double-track transport automatic parking system and automatic shuttling ba-sing on the PLC.Using the delta DOPSoft1.01.08 compiled the human-computer interaction software and using the lad-der diagram method compiled the control system software under the WPL Soft environment.The automatic parking control system realized the real-time monitoring,regulating operation parameters of the transport and improved the safety of using of this kind of transport.
In order to overcome the transition,field operation,and standardized batch production difficulties of the existing track cargo vehicle in mountainous orchard,as well as to raise the utilization rate,the mountain orchard detachable unidirectional traction double track cargo vehicle was developed.This paper introduced the whole machine structure,the wire rope diameter selection,the minimum track inclination,the maximum track distance,the minimum track turning radius and the working principle of the rope brake device.Load experiments were carried out to test the cargo′s synthetic track function.It isindicated by calculation that the wire rope diameter should be 7.7mm,the minimum track inclination was 5.7°,the maximum track distance was 170 m,the minimum track horizontal turning radius was 7m,and the minimum track vertical turning radius was 2m.Load experiment results indicated that the cargo vehicle′s uplink average speed was 0.51m/s,the downlink average speed was 0.54m/s,the average energy consumption was 1.235kW·h and the effective use degree was 100%.This cargo vehicle was suitable for fruit,pesticide,chemical fertilizer and other cargo transportation in the mountain orchard.Meanwhile,it can be applied to carry the spraying machine,the shave machine and other agricultural machines.
The mountainous orchard mechanization in southern China is the important measure to promote the sustainable mountainous fruit industry development at this area and the demand of it is becoming more and more urgent. This paper introduces the industrial production and promotion progress of the proprietary technolo-gy achievements in mountainous orchard transportation machinery which are undertaken by Meizhou Zhensheng Modern Agricultural Equipment co., LTD from the teams at both South China Agricultural University and Huazhong Agricultural University in the Division of Citrus Machinery within the China Agriculture Research System.
An automatic double spiral wire rope ranging device was designed to resolve the problems of wire rope disorder and extrusion when the mountain orchard traction double-track cargo vehicle was used in the curved track.Based on the analysis of the design requirement,the basic components and the operational principle of this device,the structure parameters of the chain transmission,the slide steering curve,and the guide fork of this wire ranging device was analyzed in this paper.Several synthetic wire rope ranging tests about this device were carried out after analyzing the force of the ranging rope wheel.The experimental results indicated that,in average,the wire rope ranging coefficient of original driving device was increased by 22.6% within the 16mwire rope after installing the wire rope ranging device.Meanwhile,the power consumption increased by 0.026kW·h in average and the driving device vibration noise was reduced by 0.75%.This wire rope ranging device has the advantages of ranging wire rope,low power consumption and reducing the driving device vibration noise.
