羊同期发情及人工授精技术具有充分发挥种公羊优良性状、减少疾病传播、节约饲养成本、有利于母羊和羔羊饲养管理等优点.本文从来宾市养羊业现状、同期发情及人工授精技术操作流程,就当前来宾市推广羊同期发情及人工授精技术存在的问题,提出来宾市推广羊同期发情及人工授精技术可行性对策,为规模养羊场、专业养羊户和畜牧兽医从业人员推广羊同期发情及人工授精技术作参考.

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of duration of farrowing on litter size,subse-quent estrus,repeat breeding rate after weaning, and litter size of next parity.The results showed that duration of farrowing related to the litter size.The high litter size prolonged duration of farrowing,increase the possibility in delivering stillbirths and the number of stillbirths.And it would prolong duration of farrowing in next parity when the total duration of previous farrowing was longer.The sows with a longer duration of farrowing(>4 h) have higher rate of return to estrus.Luchuan sows have long duration of farrowing,which was associated with the poor health owing to the feeding and house condition.Moreover,Luchuan sows were sensitive,so that the incorrect deliver op-eration would make them nervous, and prolonged duration of farrowing.
