Based on the mineralogy process study of the magnetite ore,proves that the content of Fe is 54.90%,and the main magnetic minerals are magnetite ore.For the magnetite ore character,developed the flow of low intensity magnetic separation.When the degree of grinding is 55.77%(-0.074mm) and the magnetic intensity is 66 mT,using the low intensity magnetic separation,obtained an iron concentrate with 87.99% recovery and an iron grade of 64.53%.The enrichment ratio is 1.18,and the concentration ratio is 1.41.
The distribution and occurrence of vivianite analyzed,it is possible that the vivianite exists in iron ore deposit,thus it is significant to dephosphorization process in treatment of high phosphorus iron by researching the behaviour of vivianite in iron ore process.In this paper,the methods of differential thermal analysis(DTA),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA),and infrared spectrum to assay the vivianite are introduced.In addition,in order to provide some reference for iron ore process,the behaviour of vivianite in the jerking table separation and the magnetic separation is studied.
The oxidation ration of lead is so high,that is 50.68%,while that of zinc is 11.75%,so it is very hard to increase the recovery of lead of the lead zinc.Experiments show that the process of selective flotation is reasonable and the better product index can be obtained.The closed-circuit test can achieves lead concentrate of 46.17% grade,49.40% recovery,and zinc concentrate of 56.55% grade,84.17% recovery.The results of flotation by sulfurization are not favored,so it needs to be recovered by other methods
