Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle in reducing the rewashing rate of stomatology equipment in disinfection supply center.Methods:The equipment of stomatology department of disinfection supply center was studied,the equipment rewashing rate was counted,the reason of rewashing was analyzed,and the target was set.The equipment rewashing rate before and after management was compared and analyzed by quality control circle management.Results:The rewashing rate after management was significantly lower than before,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.After management,equipment operation,equipment cleaning and comprehensive ability score of management personnel were higher than before management,with P<0.05,forming statistical significance.Conclusion:The management is implemented in the stomatology device management of disinfection supply center,effectively reducing the device return rate,improving the comprehensive ability of management personnel,with remarkable management effect,and the medical care quality has been continuously improved,It can be widely used in clinical practice and is of great significance to hospital management.
Objective:To explore the application effect of detail management in improving the cleaning quality of oral instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:2000 pieces of medical oral instruments were selected from hospital supply room and divided into two groups,1000 cases were reference group(routine management) and 1000 cases were study group(detail management).The management effects were compared.Results:The effective rate of instrument disinfection and sterilization in the study group was 98.90%,and the standard rate of instrument cleaning was 98.70%,which were higher than the indexes of the reference group,and the difference was P<0.05.The nosocomial infection rate in the study group was significantly lower(1.20%) than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The recovery efficiency score(9.23±0.45),packaging quality score(9.31±0.54) and supply timeliness score(9.42±0.53) in the study group were all better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed management of oral device management in hospital supply room has significant application value,can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the quality of cleaning,which is of great significance to hospitals.
