针对CJ6型城际动车组长距离救援回送时需要配置供电过渡车和回送过程中空气弹簧可能处于泄气状态的问题,对辅助供电系统进行优化设计,可降低CJ6型城际动车组救援回送对设备配置和运行限制条件的要求,减少回送运输成本;对空气弹簧供风系统进行优化设计,可保证空簧处于充气抬升状态,提高运行稳定性,降低空气弹簧长时间处于泄气状态运行产生损坏的风险.
By comparing and analyzing the existing strength calculation and evaluation criteria of equipment cabin of high-speed EMUs, the method of setting aerodynamic load as fixed value to study the fatigue strength of equipment compartment was put forward. Through static strength analysis and optimization, the structure of equipment cabin was improved, and the effects of pneumatic and impact separately and simultaneously on the static load performance of equipment cabin were compared and analyzed. At the same time, the fatigue characteristics of equipment cabin under different aerodynamic loads were explored according to the standard and measured loads. The analysis results show that the aerodynamic load has a great influence on the strength of the equipment cabin, and the fatigue strength of the equipment cabin meets the design requirements under (±1 500 Pa) aerodynamic load.
