文章通过分析大数据时代的特色及作用,结合医学信息工程学科现状及建设实践进行调研,探讨新的医学信息工程学科的发展定位、人才培养、科研体系建设.当前,医学信息工程学科现状与其在社会医疗机构内的地位不符,医学信息工程局限于医疗信息管理而忽略了医工的意义在于建设智慧型医学信息平台,助力智慧医院发展.在大数据时代背景下,通过对日常的医疗大数据进行信息挖掘、管理、应用、转化,加强专业基础建设,培养大数据时代的复合型人才,提高医学信息工程管理水平及科研能力,全面助力医学信息工程学科的建设与发展.
0 引言 医用电子直线加速器是生物医学上一种用来对肿瘤进行放射治疗的粒子加速装置,利用微波电磁场将电子沿直线轨道加速,利用电离辐射来治疗肿瘤,对于鼻咽癌、扁桃体癌、喉癌以及前列腺癌等疗效较好,且对一些晚期肿瘤患者也可以进行姑息性治疗以达到止痛、止血、消炎等目的,从而减轻患者的痛苦,改善患者的生存质量,是目前最主要的放射治疗设备之一[1].按所采用的加速电磁场形态类型分类,我院所购医科达Axesse医用直线加速器属于高能行波直线加速器,其基本结构包括加速管、微波源、电子枪、真空系统、束流输出系统、水冷系统、治疗床系统、计算机控制系统等.
Objective To explore the application mode and the development direction of Internet + in the medical field.Methods The application and development direction of the existing Internet technologies were explored,including smart wearable devices,telemedicine,M-health,cloud + big data and etc.Results The application of Internet + could contribute to improving health management,treatment mode and patient's experience,and save patient's cost.Conclusion The Internet+ medicine,showing broad prospect,will lead the reform and development of medicine.
Objective To discuss the difficulties and effective methods in cost performance analysis of single unit of medical equipment so as to promote appropriate use of medical equipment and strengthen the decision-making, efficient management and competitiveness of the hospital. Methods Based upon the connotation of cost performance analysis of single unit of medical equipment and focused on the acquisition of objective cost and performance data, the latest data acquisition means and data processing methods were analyzed, studied, sorted and put into practice, in combination of work experience. Conclusion There were still many limitations in cost performance analysis of single unit of medical equipment, the equipment, financial and information teams in hospitals of each level need to cooperate with each other, try to create conditions and work hard to establish a complete performance evaluation system for large equipment.
