目的 建立双波长HPLC法同时测定逐痰通络合剂中丹酚酸B、牛蒡苷及甘草酸的方法.方法 色谱柱为Waters Atlantis dC18(5 tμm,4.6mm×150 mm);以乙腈 0.1％乙酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,丹酚酸B、牛蒡苷检测波长为280 nm,甘草酸检测波长为252 nm.结果 丹酚酸B在0.050～1.0 mg mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为94.1％;牛蒡苷在0.080～1.6 mg mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.2％;甘草酸在0.40～0.80 mg mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为102.1％.结论 所建方法快速、简便、准确可靠、重复性好,可作为逐痰通络合剂中有效成分的测定方法.

Three hundred cases of patients treated with salvianolate for injection were analyzed. Its clinical efifcacy and safety were observed and its rationality in the clinical use was assessed by extracting the basic information about patients and drug use, laboratory data and so on so as to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. All the clinical use was effective, and no adverse drug reactions occurred. However, there also existed such phenomena in clinical use as too long therapeutic course, inappropriate selection of solvent and too high concentration. There was still no standardization in its clinical use. It remains to be further standardized by means of management, education and intervention.
