Objective To understand the humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students,and to explore the mediating effect of emotional intelligence between their self-compassion and humanistic care ability.Methods A total of 1 567 nursing undergraduates were investigated with the general information questionnaire,Caring Ability Inventory,Self-Compassion Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale. Results The score of humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates was(184.65±23.65). The mediating effect test showed that emotional intelligence had a mediating effect(β=0.149,P<0.001) between self-compassion and humanistic care ability,accounting for 24.27% of the total effect. Conclusion The humanistic care ability of nursing undergraduates is at a medium level. Selfcompassion of them directly affects their humanistic care ability,and can also indirectly affect the humanistic care ability through emotional intelligence.
目的 了解首发急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者的就医决策延迟现状,并探讨希望水平、社会支持和应对方式与首发AIS患者就医决策延迟的关系.方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持量表、Herth希望量表、简易应对方式问卷对首发AIS患者进行问卷调查,构建中介效应模型对四者间的关系进行分析.结果 共纳入243例患者,就医决策时间为(125.09±6.78)min.社会支持及各维度和希望水平及各维度及应对方式中积极应对与就医决策延迟时间呈负相关,消极应对与就医决策延迟时间正相关.社会支持和积极应对在希望水平和就医决策延迟时间上发挥部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的91%.结论 临床护士及社区卫生保健人员应多关注脑卒中高危人群,积极为其争取来自家庭、社会的支持,指导其主动采取就医行为,切实缩短就医决策延迟时间.
BACKGROUND: Idiopathic scoliosis(IS) is a kind of three-dimensional deformity. At present, little is known about the outward appearance and the inherent law of the deformity.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inherent law between Cobb' s angle of IS and multivariable rotation deformity of top vertebrae.DESIGN: A non-randomized controlled retrospective study was conducted.SETTING and PARTICIPANTS: The study was completed in the Department of Orthopaedics, the Second Affiliated hospital of Harbin Universify. The subjects were patients with IS, 21 males and 16 females, aged 9-32years old.METHODS: Cobb' s angles were measured by anteroposterior X-ray examination of spines. Rotation angles of top vertebral(Aaro method) and angles between axis lines of bilateral top vertebral pedicles and axis lines of top vertebral bodies were measured by CT scan.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Cobb' s angles measured by anteroposterior X-ray examination; rotation angles of top vertebrae and angles between axis lines of bilateral vertebral pedicles and axis lines of vertebral bodies measnred by CT scan.RESULTS: Within 38°-124°, when Cobb' s angles increased 1°, the rotation angles of top vertebrae would increase 0.39°. Angles between axis lines of bilateral top vertebral pedicles and axis lines of top vertebral bodies were (4.72 +6.02)° and (14.22 +6.52)° respectively.CONCLUSION: There are obvious inner link and linear relationship between Cobb' s angles of IS and rotation of top vertebrae. There is significant difference in axis angles between lateral top vertebral pedicles and top vertebral bodies.
