为获得HTPE推进剂药浆中固体填料对粘流性能的影响,研究了固体填料的体积分数、粒径对药浆粘度的影响,利用Krieger-Dougherty粘度方程得到HTPE与填料体积分数的关系,分析了填料尺寸和粒度级配对药浆粘度与粘度方程的影响,并得到填料表面吸附层厚度的计算方法优化了粘度方程.结果表明,填料表面对HTPE的吸附和填料在HTPE中的分布,是填料粒径变化对HTPE推进剂药浆的粘度产生影响的原因,表面吸附造成粘度上升,颗粒分布对粘度η的影响取决于分散相在连续相内的最大体积分数Φm的大小,Φm越大药浆粘流性能越好;填料平均粒径较小或存在粒度级配时有利于提高HTPE中填料的填充上限,AP-Ⅲ/Al-3#/HTPE体系的Φm=0.69,适合在固体推进剂中用于粒度级配.
The guidance signal of proportional navigation law for rolling missiles is derived through the metrical information of strapdown seekers and rate gyros. The correlative coordinate systems are defined and the relationships between them are presented. The calculation formulas of angles of the line of sight in the inertial frame and the calculation formulas of angular rate are deduced and obtained consequently. Finally the implemental means of proportional navigation guidance law for rolling missiles is acquired.

The principal assembly factors that influenced K0 and K1 drift coefficient of air static pressure single-degree-of-freedom gyro are analyzed and quantized based on the gyro principle as well as the numerous experiment results. Some technology steps of controlling K0 and K1 drift coefficient accuracy are presented.
