目的 对比四种型号的便携式(POCT)血糖仪与东芝2000FR全自动生化分析仪测定血糖值的差异,为选购和使用血糖仪提供参考.方法 选取50例高、中、低浓度血糖值将A、B、C、D型共11台血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪进行比对分析,判断四种型号的血糖仪是否符合要求.结果 A、B型偏差符合POCT血糖仪应用准则.C、D型血糖仪偏差不符合.结论 实验结果表明A、B型血糖仪性能符合相关要求.
Objective To investigate application value of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) in detection of body fat, and relationship of body fat distribution in diabetes mellitus patients with leptin and insulin resistance.Methods Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was applied to detect body fat in 124 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus group) and 71 normal healthy people (normal control group), and this detection was in consistency test with waist diagnostic criteria. Point of tangency in body fat percentage was found and divided into groups under golden standard as abdominal girth for abdominal obesity. Blood lipid, leptin, adiponectin, and fasting insulin were detected for investigation of relationship between central obesity and metabolic index in diabetes mellitus patients.Results Application of DEXA had good consistency with waist detection for body fat distribution. There were statistically significant differences of insulin resistance in diabetic central obesity group, diabetic non-central obesity group and normal control group (P<0.05). The diabetic central obesity group had higher leptin level than the diabetic non-central obesity group and control non-central obesity group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry can be applied in detection of body fat for evaluation of central obesity. There is a close relationship between obesity, diabetes mellitus and leptin and insulin resistance.
目的探讨低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的测定值与Friedewald公式计算值临床报告的可行性.方法将健康人与心血管病人的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的测定值与Friiedewald公式计算值进行比较.结果健康人LDL-C测定值与Friedwald公式计算值有好的相关性,而心血管病人的LDL-C测定值与计算值差异显著.结论LDL-L直接法的试剂尚未得到公认,Friedewald公式计算法经济、简便,不失为目前可靠的方法,应努力控询更准确、可靠的方法.
