目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)及尿酸(UA)对急性ST段心肌梗死(STEMI)的诊断价值.方法:选取100例STEMI患者作为研究组,同时选取同期97例健康体检患者作为对照组.采用免疫比浊法测定血清中Cys-C的含量,罗氏Roche酶法检测UA的含量.比较两组人群血清中Cys-C和UA的水平;对比观察不同类型的血管病变患者Cys-C和UA水平的差异.结果:研究组的Cys-C和UA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).双支病变组和三支病变组患者的Cys-C和UA的水平高于单支血管病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血清Cys-C和UA水平可能是反映STEMI的临床诊断指标之一,且其水平在一定程度反映心肌梗死的严重程度.
目的:观察丹参酮ⅡA(Tan ⅡA)对人脐静脉内皮细胞氧化损伤所致凋亡的保护作用机制研究.方法:不同浓度的丹参酮IIA预处理细胞24 h再给与4×10-4 mol/L H2O2处理3h.CCK-8法检测细胞活力;流式细胞术检测凋亡,ROS和线粒体膜电位值;高内涵筛选技术检测AIF;Cell Death Detection ELISA试剂盒检测DNA fragment.结果:丹参酮ⅡA(5、10、20×106mol/L)可以浓度依赖性的抑制H2O2诱导的内皮细胞损伤,TanⅡA抑制H2O2引起的细胞凋亡降低被升高的ROS值,升高H2O2抑制的线粒体膜电位.同时可以抑制H2O2诱导的AIF的核转移并且H2O2引起的DNA fragment具有减轻作用.结论:丹参酮ⅡA可以减轻H2O2诱导的内皮细胞氧化损伤及凋亡,并且主要是通过抑制AIF核内转移实现的.
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal facial malformations and the correlation between the abnormal fetal facial abnormalities and chromosomal abnormalities.Methods 5700 pregnant woman were retrospectively analyzed,including the prenatal screening results of ultrasonography,induction of labor,production follow-up results and chromosome examination results.Results (1) In 5700 cases,fetal facial malformations were detected in 24 cases (0.42 %),with the induction of labor after the specimens or telephone followup,the ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%.(2) Fetal facial malformations were included cleft lip and palate,micrognathia deformity,low set ears,eye deformity,and 22 patients received chromosomal examination.16 patients were normal (72.7%),4 cases of amniotic fluid puncture were confirmed as trisomy 18 (18.2%) and 2 cases were trisomy 21 (9.1%).There was a statistical significance between the incidence of fetal chromosomal abnormalities in the normal facial with high risk factors and facial abnormalities.Conclusions Ultrasound has important value in the detection of fetal facial malformations.There has correlation in fetal facial malformations and fetal chromosomal anomaly,when fetal facial malformations is detected,it is necessary to do further chromosome examination.
