PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body support tracking apparatus for tracking and moving while supporting a body part of an operator, wherein an operation mode of the body support tracking apparatus can be recognized not only by an operator while keeping the visual inspection on an operation field but also by the person around the operator to confirm the operation mode.SOLUTION: At the front end portion viewed from a doctor at the upper ends of the transversely paired inclined faces 51A of an arm folder 51 (a portion most separated from a support portion 41 in a horizontal direction), an operator light source 58 composed of an LED and an assistant light source 59 are disposed on the lefthand side and on the righthand side, respectively, when viewed from the doctor. The operator light source 58 falls within the range of a field of view at the time when the doctor performs an operation while observing an operation field either through an endoscope or a microscope, or directly, whereas the assistant light source 59 can be visually recognized by the assistant or the like other than the doctor. The operator light source 58 and the assistant light source 59 emit light according to the operation mode of a body support tracking apparatus 1.
