现场调查表明,开平夯土碉楼普遍存在墙体开裂、风雨侵蚀、屋面和楼面坍塌、工作环境潮湿导致夯土墙起壳剥落等问题,结构安全状况堪忧,不利于世界文化遗产的保护及活化利用.在调研分析的基础上,文章从营造正常的夯土墙使用环境、恢复结构整体性、控制基础不均匀沉降等方面提出抢救式保护方案,希望通过这些方案的实施,为后期预防性保护创造条件.在满足可逆性原则的前提下,分别提出应对减轻楼面荷载以及增加楼面荷载情况的结构方案,以满足夯土碉楼活化利用的结构安全需求.
The residential area is a place where people spend a large proportion of their time, and has a great impact on the life of the residents. This paper takes Yuhuayuxiu Community in Chenggong district of Kunming city as the research object. Using residential district planning and related knowledge of architecture design and theory, taking the natural system, living system and supporting system of human settlement science as the starting point, this paper analyzes the merits of Yuhuayuxiu community from the angle of human settlement environmental science, and finds the shortcomings and proposes suggestions for improvement, which can provide reference for future residential planning and design in the living environment.
