: Green chemistry oriented instrument platform on preparation, purification and characterization for basic organic chemistry experiment course is constructed, and basic, comprehensive and innovative experimental projects were implemented to build a green, hierarchical and informationized curriculum system. Using information technology, new media and the Internet as the means and adopting various teaching modes , online and offline teaching of basic experiment of organic chemistry are carried out to benefit teacher-student interaction, flipped classroom, teaching and learning. The curriculum content reform is led by teaching and scientific research achievements, emphasizing the integration of theory and practice, the integration of tradition and frontier, increasing the interest and frontier of the curriculum, so as to realize the high-level, innovative and challenging nature of the curriculum.

当前疫情线上教学重心正逐渐转移为如何优化线上课程.针对化学实验线上课程短于实验过程控制环节,而线下课程在时空、科教融合和课堂互动等存在一定的局限性的两难现状,我们以有机化学实验线上课程为例,介绍如何通过重建教案和重整课件、视频、虚拟仿真实验和MOOC等资源,对实验预习、直播课堂、实验过程控制和实验拓展等重要教学环节进行再设计,提高学生主动学习成效和促进科教融合的协同培养.

2020年春季学期新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,中国科学技术大学化学实验教学中心充分考虑各实验课程特点,及时调整了教学计划,形成切实可行的"一课一策"在线教学方案,利用前期建设的在线开放课程、虚拟仿真实验教学项目和其他优质教学资源开展在线辅助教学,取得初步成效.

Scale-free graphs have many applications in complex networks,such as the "WWW" that has led to the emerging role of random networks.The degree sequences of Buckley-Osthus model were studied.Firstly,the asymptotic property for the vertices with indegree d was obtained,then the convergence of the maximal degree of vertices as the size of graph grows to infinity was investigated.

The one-sided interval trees can be generated by division a given interval in various ways. The corresponding interval trees have difference properties. The maximal gap in the corresponding interval was considered. Some functional equations for the asymptotic distributions of the length of the maximal gaps in difference ways of division were obtained. Using recurrence, the expressions of asymptotic distributions for several ways of division in some small intervals were also obtained.
