新生代非公有制经济人士在我国经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用.建立健全新生代非公有制经济人士引导和培养机制,对于激发新生代非公有制经济人士投身中国特色社会主义建设、协调推进"四个全面"战略布局、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义.要从加强教育、创新载体、构建约束与服务机制、加大宣传表彰力度及明确服务目标等方面,建立健全新生代非公有制经济人士引导和培养机制.

"微时代"视野下,微博、微信对高校思想政治教育的内容、方式、载体等产生了一系列影响.高校要进一步强化责任意识,从丰富思想政治教育内容、创新思想政治教育方法、完善思想政治教育载体等方面创新"微时代"视野下的思想政治教育.研究生应提升自身识别能力,准确定位、合理使用微博、微信.社会要在基础设施、舆论导向及监督平台等方面优化"微时代"视野下的研究生思想政治教育.

Nowadays, in light of academic index, university- based journals are cited much less frequently than those of non- university- based journals, especially those produced by published houses; in light of market index, the circulation is far lower than other similar magazines. All these may suggest that it is necessary to push those running university- based journals into the market so as to step out of “the existence crisis” and move towards “a sustainable development”.
