Factors influencing the geochemical migration of elements during the development of artificial phytocenoses on industrially polluted peat soil with a high level of copper and nickel content using serpentine-containing materials are considered. Monitoring of the remediation sites during a four-year field experiment showed that the grass cover is capable of sustainable functioning by neutralizing the acidity of peat soil, reducing the toxicity of soil solutions, and eliminating the imbalance of macronutrients. Serpentine minerals act as an alkaline barrier, reducing the intensity of migration of copper and nickel compounds.
Аннотация.Проведен эксперимент с дробным внесением вермикулит-лизардитовых материалов, полученных при обогащении отходов добычи флогопита, в торфяную почву из импактной зоны медно-никелевого комбината.Исходный дробленый материал вносили в количестве 25, 50, 75, 100 об.%, а обожженные при 450 и 700 ° С материалы -10, 25, 38, 50, 63, 75 об.%.В течение 21 дня проводили инкубацию при постоянной влажности, после чего выращивали райграс пастбищный в течение 21 дня после появления первых всходов.Изучены фракции Cu, Ni, Ca, Mg в вытяжках после экстракции 0.1н KNO 3 , CH 3 COONH 4 (рН 4.65), 0.1н и 1н HNO 3 .Установлено, что внесение минеральных материалов приводило к снижению на порядок доступных растениям фракций меди и никеля, а также увеличению кальция и магния, что снижало фитотоксичность почвы уже при добавлении 10-25 % материалов.Все материалы были одинаково эффективны для снижения содержания тяжелых металлов в наиболее подвижной фракции, экстрагируемой 0.1н KNO 3 .Кальций и магний в вытяжке 0.1н HNO 3 в сериях с термоактивированными материалами были менее подвижны, чем с исходным вермикулит-лизардитом, что связано с высокой щелочностью материалов после обжига.Содержание меди и никеля с увеличением доли всех минеральных материалов постепенно снижалось, при этом термообработанные материалы были более эффективны, особенно в диапазоне 63-75 %.Наиболее благоприятными для развития растений в долгосрочной перспективе является доля материалов от 40 до 60 %, при которой кислотно-щелочные условия обеспечивают, с одной стороны, нивелирование лимитирующего фактора токсичности, а с другой -не снижают подвижность биогенных макроэлементов.
Аннотация.Представлены результаты полевого эксперимента по ремедиации участка с высоко загрязненной торфяной почвой вблизи медно-никелевого комбината с использованием пироксенового продукта, полученного при обогащении вермикулит-лизардитовых отходов добычи флогопита (Мурманская обл.).На почвосмесях, содержащих 25-100 % продукта, был сформирован растительный покров по технологии штабелирования с использованием вспученного вермикулита, полученного из тех же отходов.Оптимальными по влажности являлись варианты 50 и 100 %.Результаты первого вегетационного сезона показали, что в варианте с соотношением минерального материала и торфяной почвы 1:1, растительный покров имел наибольшую продуктивность, а микробное сообщество -максимальную численность бактерий и микромицетов.Комплексный показатель токсичности имел значения меньше 1 в вариантах с 75 и 100 % пироксенового продукта, а в варианте 50 % составлял 3.3.По результатам первого года, перспективными подходами являются перемешивание минерального материала с торфяной почвой в пропорции 1:1 и формирование насыпного слоя.
In order to detect tuberculosis risk factors among clinical manifestations of immunopathology, a retrospective study was conducted among 177 children (55 children with tuberculous infection only, 50 children with concurrent HIV, and 72 healthy children). The predictive significance of infectious immunopathology syndrome was identified, this syndrome was registered in the major part of children infected with tuberculous infection (40%, OR=6.3) and in all children with TB/HIV co-infection. The following risk factors of developing active disease in case of tuberculous infection were identified: recurrent pneumonias (20%, OR=17.8) and relapsing bronchitis (38.3%, OR=6.8). And the history of clinical manifestations of infectious, lymphoproliferative and autoimmune immunopathology syndromes in the children ill with tuberculosis can be the indirect evidence of concurrent HIV infection.
The article discusses the clinical and laboratory characteristics of tick-borne rickettsiosis in children in the Irkutsk region on the results of the retrospective study of 65 patients admitted to the Regional Infectious Hospital over the period of five consecutive epidemic seasons. It has been found that among hospitalized children with tick-borne rick-ettsiosis dominating proportion (64.6 %) is of rural residents (mean age – 5 years old). The main clinical symptoms in children borne rickettsiosis were rash (96.9 %) and fever (96.9 %), which in one third of observations associated with lymphadenopathy (38.5%). About one third of patients (30.8 %) had pronounced symptoms of intoxication. It has been noted that the laboratory diagnosis of tick-borne rickettsiosis needs to be improved: DGC reaction should replace ELISA detection of specific immunoglobulin M in the blood in combination with PCR for genetic identification of rickettsiae. The development of emergency preventive treatment of tick-borne rickettsiosis is required, taking into account the sensitivity of rickettsiae to antibiotics. All children with tick-borne rickettsial diseases were provided with timely and effective treatment, with favorable prognosis.
Cohort study of 130 children with monoinfection TB and co-infection of HIV was carried out. For the first time, both a progradient and a regradient TB course were identified. The progradient diseases pattern in a group of patients with HIV co-infection appears to be 5.3 times higher than in a group of patients with monoinfection. High frequency linkage of epidemiological, social, and medicobiological risk factors were recognized. Predictive significance of the progradient TB course in children with HIV-infection was observed in the following: a contact with TB infected individuals, imperfections in the pediatric observations and the evasion of fluorographic testing by adults interacting with the children and the social deviations of adult members of the family.
A practice of an early reduced-antigenic-load BCG-M vaccination of HIV-exposed infants inIrkutskdistrict, a district with the high HIV and tuberculosis (TB) prevalence, had been evaluated. It had been establish that the vaccination within the conventional time frame leads to the development of an anti-tuberculous immune response which, usually, is verified by the post-immunization reactions and the tuberculosis skin test results. A high safety of the reduced-antigenic-load BCG-M vaccination had been confirmed in cases with perinatally HIV-infected infants. The clinical development of the TB infection in non-vaccinated children, especially of the youngest age, had been characterized by a development of the hazardous complications which tend to be persistent.

The results of a cohort study of 177 newborns, from birth until they were 18 months old, are presented. The 87 of those children had lacked impact of maternal HIV infection, and 90 children were not exposed to HIV prenatally. Antisocial factors were observed among the newborns exposed to a prenatal HIV infection which had a negative impact upon them throughout infancy. The social deviance of their family members with a HIV infection was 10.5 times higher than the standard risk of a neonatal abstinence syndrome, 4 times higher than a standard risk of growth retardation during fetal development, and 3.8 times higher than a standard risk of postnatal development disorders. Undiagnosed infants who were exposed to a HIV-infection constitute a medico-social risk group requiring scrupulous and extended medical assistance.
