in the article it is described diet-induced model moderate hyperhomocysteinemia on the laboratory animals for studying features of pathogenesis formations of thromboocclusive complications at a trauma of the skeleton. Daily intragastric conducting methionine in concentration of 24,6 g/kg within 6 weeks leads to concentration increase homocysteine in blood to 12,14±0,92 mmol/l, in a combination with crisis of cruse bone to 23,5±1,2 mmol/l. Both the raised level hyperhomocysteine in blood, and the generated crisis of cruse bones promoted raised formation of thrombs.
It is considered that the raised level of homocysteine (Hс) is the independent factor of thrombotic. However, the question how the traumatic illness influences on Hc level isn't consecrated in the literature. We have studied to level at a trauma of the locomotor apparatus on laboratory animals in experimental conditions. All animals have been randomized in 5 experimental groups. The raised level of to at laboratory animals was created by keeping them on methionine diets. The duration of the experiment was on average 6 weeks. The to maximum level of the experimental group of animals being on methionine diet and having a trauma of the locomotor apparatus (23,5±1,2 mmol/l), against 8,27±1,18 mmol/l in control and 12,14±0,92 mmol/l in group of the animals receiving only methionine is established.
