During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, Guangxi attaches great importance to the comprehensive utilization research and industrialization development of sericulture resources. Under the concerted efforts of scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises, great progress was made, especially in the production scale of mulberry mushroom, diversification of mulberry utilization forms, utilization of mulberry feed, and ecological management of mulberry tree, which extended the traditional sericulture industry chain. At present, there are still some problems in the comprehensive utilization of sericulture resources in Guangxi, such as insufficient awareness of the diversified utilization of resources by sericulture operators, insufficient overall scientific and technological innovation ability, insufficient deep development and utilization of high-value resources, etc. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the transformation of the concept of resource utilization, strengthen the R&D ability of resource utilization science and technology, and strengthen the integration and innovation of resources, to promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangxi sericulture industry.
收集广西地区桂蚕8号的蚕沙,比较分析不同龄期蚕沙的组成成分.结果表明,3~5龄期蚕沙中脂肪、蛋白质、β-胡萝卜素、锌、氨基酸总量及各种氨基酸含量、总黄酮含量随着龄期增加而减少;灰分、粗纤维、钾、镁含量随着龄期增加而增加;广西地区的蚕沙灰分、粗纤维、钙、磷、镁、钾含量较高.研究结果为广西蚕沙的进一步开发与利用提供参考.
广西桑叶资源丰富,利用灰色关联度分析法评价广西主栽桑树品种桂桑优12和粤椹大10在不同季节不同叶位的桑叶及桑叶茶的品质,并进行感官评审,筛选出最优的桑叶和桑叶茶.以总多糖、总多酚、总黄酮、总游离氨基酸、1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)含量作为检测指标,利用灰色关联度分析法分析24个桑叶样本及24个桑叶茶的质量.桑叶与桑叶茶的品种桂桑优12优于粤椹大10,上叶位>中叶位>下叶位,桂桑优12季节上呈现秋季>春季>夏季>冬季的趋势,而粤椹大10呈现冬季>秋季>夏季>春季的趋势.桑叶综合优选的是桂桑优12秋季上叶位,桑叶茶兼备品质和感官最优的原料来源是桂桑优12夏季上叶位.生产上可根据不同的需求针对性地选择采摘的季节、桑叶的品种和不同的叶位进行加工,以使桑叶资源优化利用达到最佳效果.
为了充分开发利用桑黄,进一步拓宽桑黄活性成分在不同领域的应用范围,在前人研究的基础上综述桑黄的多糖类化合物、黄酮类化合物、萜类化合物等主要活性成分在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保肝护肝、免疫调节与抗炎、抗菌方面的药理作用,并综述了活性物质成分的构成和提取分离方法,总结桑黄活性成分在食品、药品和化妆品领域的研究开发前景,为桑黄活性物质的深入研究提供参考依据.
Sanghuangporus is a traditional medicinal fungus in China. Polysaccharide is the main medicinal active component of Sanghuangporus. It will be beneficial to develop and utilize Sanghuangporus with high quality by clarifying the pharmacological action of Sanghuangporus polysaccharide and establishing efficient and practical extraction and purification technology of Sanghuangporus polysaccharide. In view of this, this paper reviews the main advances in the researches on the extraction methods, isolation and purification techniques of polysaccharides, as well as the structure identification, pharmacological action and influencing factors of polysaccharides. On this basis, the prospect of its research, development and application is prospected.
蚕丝蛋白在护肤品的研发上具有广阔前景,以桂蚕5号家蚕白茧为对照,对桂蚕H9黄茧进行多种脱胶和溶解方法组合试验,通过检测丝素肽的护肤理化指标,得出黄茧丝素肽的最佳提取方法,再制作成护手霜.结果显示,丝素肽含量在0.5~0.6 mgprot/mL;白茧和黄茧两种丝素肽均有一定美白性、保湿性、抗紫外线及抗氧化性,黄色茧丝素肽的酪氨酸酶抑制率高于白色茧;在抗氧化性方面黄茧与白茧能力相当.
为研究桑果露酒的营养和活性成分浸提规律,采用不同料液比、不同酒精度进行新鲜桑果浸提制备后,对原花青素、多酚、总糖、总酸及挥发酸浸出效果进行测定.结果表明:原花青素含量之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),在高度酒中可更有效的保留;多酚和总酸含量差异显著,且均与料液比存在线性正相关性;总糖和挥发酸均受酒精度的影响不显著,但在特定料液比中差异显著.
为了解家蚕新品种桂蚕8号的特性和在柳城县应用的总体表现,2021年5—10月,以现行广西当家品种两广二号为对照,在柳城县开展桂蚕8号示范试养.结果表明,桂蚕8号大蚕期血液型脓病发病率和总发病率分别比两广二号低7.17%和7.81%,饲养成绩及茧丝成绩均高于对照品种两广二号,说明桂蚕8号适宜在柳城县推广饲养.
