Barium strontium titanate (Ba1-xSrxTiO3) ferroelectric material has attracted much attention because of its excellent dielectric tenability.In this paper,the development status of barium strontium titanate tunable material was introduced.The current research trends of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 tunable performance are optimized and analyzed,including particle size optimization,doping modification optimization and medium compound optimization.In attention,the influence of ferroelectric-ferrite composite on the tunable performance was reviewed,and the development direction of the next step is presented.
