In this report:from February 26th to May 15th,ZRCC completed capital repair,the largest one in its history.During this period,no accident,no fire alarm,no torch blowoff,no environment complain,no accident shutdown.ZRCC gained a new start to its goal.

A series of safety management rules and regulations were executed strictly.Meanwhile,a third-party safety management team was involved,coming up with scientific management concept in this regard and resulting with such a miracle record.
