ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the public health governance capacity of 40 cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui Provinces, providing a scientific evaluation basis for building a "Healthy Yangtze River Delta".MethodsA comprehensive collection of policy documents, public information reports, and research literature related to public health governance capacity in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui Provinces was conducted, totaling 6 920 policy documents, 1 720 information reports, and 1 200 literature pieces. Based on the evaluation standards for an appropriate public health system established by the research team, the basic status of public health governance capacity was assessed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the 40 cities.ResultsIn 2022, the public health governance capacity score for the 40 cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui Provinces was (562.5±38.0) points. In terms of specific areas, the emergency response field received the highest score of (791.4±49.7) points, while the chronic disease prevention and control field received the lowest score of (368.2±29.6) points. The Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Anhui region has largely achieved the strategic priority of health, gradually improved public health legal regulations, and established a basic organizational framework with a solid foundation for information and data infrastructure. However, challenges still need to be addressed, such as unstable government funding for public health, unclear departmental responsibilities, and barriers to information interoperability.ConclusionThe public health governance capacity of the 40 cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui Province has been at a moderate level, but disparities have still existed across regions and fields. In the future, while continuing to deepen existing advantages, it is essential to accurately identify the causes of problems, establish a long-term and stable investment mechanism, enhance information connectivity mechanisms, further clarify departmental responsibilities, and promote the achievement of the "Healthy Yangtze River Delta" goal.
The production of medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) through chain elongation (CE) from organic wastes/wastewater has attracted much attention, while the effects of a common inhibitor-ammonia has not been elucidated. The mechanism of ammonia affecting CE was studied by metagenomic. The lag phase duration of caproate production was increased, and the maximum caproate production rate was decreased by 43.4 % at 4 g-N/L, as compared to 0 g-N/L. And hydrochar (HC) alleviated the inhibition of ammonia at 4 g-N/L. Metagenomic analysis indicated that ammonia induced UBA4085 sp.FDU78 as the dominant microorganism, and metabolic reconstruction revealed its potential CE ability. Furthermore, ammonia inhibited the reverse β oxidation pathway and Acetyl-CoA production pathway. The tolerance of UBA4085 sp.FDU78 to ammonia was associated with the uptake of inorganic ions, energy conservation, and synthesis of osmoprotectants. The present study provided a deep-insight on the ammonia tolerance mechanism on the CE process.
ObjectiveTo analyze changes in the coverage of incentive measures for promoting major epidemic prevention and control in documents published by governmental and professional departments in the Chinese Mainland before and after coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic of 2020.MethodsThrough systematically searching websites of government departments and professional institutions in 31 provincial-level administrative divisions (PLADs) of the mainland of China, we retrieved totally 3 864 documents (including laws, regulations, standards, rules, proposals, plans, and guidelines) relevant to major epidemic prevention and control published from 2000 through 2020. The paragraphs related to incentive and disciplinary measures for promoting the containment of major epidemic were extracted to calculate region- and institution-specific coverage of the measures in the retrieved documents. Wilcoxon paired rank sum test was adopted to evaluate differences in the coverage of the established measures before and after COVID-19 epidemic of 2020 among various economic regions and administrative/professional institutions. ResultsThe average coverage of disciplinary measures for the retrieved documents increased from 74.19% before 2020 to 76.34% in 2020, with a significant increase of 2.90% (P < 0.05); while, the average coverage incentive measures was 22.85% for the documents published in 2020, significantly increased in comparison with no incentive measure presented in all the documents published before 2020 (P < 0.001). Compared to those before 2020, the national average combined coverage of incentive and disciplinary measures increased significantly by 11.83%, 30.77%, 42.11%, and 89.66% in 2020, for the documents published by administrative departments, public health institutions, health care institutions, and primary health care institutions, respectively; the national average coverage increased from 37.10% before 2020 to 49.60% in 2020 for the documents published by all the institutions, with an increment of 33.70%; and for the documents published by all the institutions in the PLADs of eastern, central and western region, the coverage increased significantly by 47.47%, 27.54% and 25.00% (all P < 0.05). ConclusionAfter COVID-19 epidemic of 2020, the coverage of incentive and disciplinary measures for promoting major epidemic prevention and control increased significantly in the documents published by governmental and professional departments in the mainland of China and the increase was much higher for the coverage of incentive measures.
Background: 5-Oxo-6,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid (5-Oxo-ETE) is a metabolite of arachidonic acid shown to promote biological activities in different cell types. Summary: 5-Oxo-ETE is synthesized from the 5-lipoxygenase product 5S-HETE (5S-hydroxy-6,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid) in the presence of the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP)+-dependent enzyme 5-hydroxyeicosanoid dehydrogenase (5-HEDH). Under some conditions that promote oxidation of NADPH to NADP+, such as the respiratory burst in phagocytic cells, eosinophils, and neutrophils, oxidative stress in monocytes and dendritic cells, and cell death, 5-Oxo-ETE synthesis can be dramatically increased. In addition, 5-Oxo-ETE can also be formed in the absence of 5-lipoxygenase in cells through transcellular biosynthesis by inflammatory cell-derived 5S-HETE. This compound performs its biological activities by the highly selective Gi/o-coupled OXE receptor, which is highly expressed on eosinophils, neutrophils, basophils, and monocytes. As such, 5-Oxo-ETE is a potent chemoattractant for these inflammatory cells, especially for eosinophils. Key Messages: Although the pathophysiological role of 5-Oxo-ETE is not clearly understood, 5-Oxo-ETE may be a significant mediator in allergic diseases, such as allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis. And targeting the OXE receptor may be a novel therapy for this kind of inflammatory condition. Nowadays, selective OXE receptor antagonists are currently under investigation and could become potential therapeutic agents in allergy.
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) prevalence is rising globally with no pharmacotherapies approved. Hepatic steatosis is closely associated with progression and prognosis of NAFLD. Dapagliflozin, kind of sodiumglucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor, was found to improve NAFLD in clinical trials, while the underlying mechanism remains poorly elucidated. Here, we reported that dapagliflozin effectively mitigated liver injury and relieved lipid metabolism disorders in vivo. Further investigation showed that dapagliflozin markedly suppressed Liver X Receptor alpha (LXR alpha)-mediated synthesis of de novo lipids and bile acids (BAs). In AML12 cells, our results proved dapagliflozin decreased lipid contents via inhibiting the expression of LXR alpha and downstream liposynthesis genes. Proteosome inhibitor MG132 eliminated the effect of dapagliflozin on LXR alpha-mediated signaling pathway, which suggested that dapagliflozin downregulated LXR alpha expression through increasing LXR alpha degradation. Knockdown of LXR alpha with siRNA abolished the reduction of lipogenesis from dapagliflozin treatment, indicating that LXR alpha might be the pivotal target for dapagliflozin to exhibit the aforementioned benefits. Furthermore, the data showed that dapagliflozin reversed gut dysbiosis induced by BAs disruption and altered gut microbiota profile to reduce intestinal lipids absorption. Together, our study deciphered a novel mechanism by which dapagliflozin relieved hepatic steatosis and highlighted the potential benefit of dapagliflozin in treating NAFLD.
Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a common microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus, and oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction play an important role in this process. It has been shown that aldose reductase (ALR2) catalyzes NADPH-dependent reduction of glucose to sorbitol, resulting in oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction in diabetic patients. Astragalin (AG), a flavonoid extracted from Thesium chinense Turcz., shows an inhibitory activity on ALR2. In this study, we investigated the therapeutic effects of AG against renal injury in streptozocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mouse model. Diabetic mice were orally administered AG (5, 10 mg·kg−1·d−1) for 4 weeks. We showed that AG treatment greatly improved the proteinuria and ameliorated renal pathological damage without affecting the elevated blood glucose in diabetic mice. Furthermore, AG treatment significantly suppressed highly activated ALR2, and reduced oxidative stress in the kidney of diabetic mice and in high glucose and lipids-stimulated HK2 cells in vitro. We demonstrated that AG treatment modulated mitochondrial quality control and ameliorated apoptosis, boosting mitochondrial biogenesis, maintaining mitochondrial dynamic homeostasis, and improving energy metabolism disorder in vivo and in vitro. In high glucose and lipids-stimulated HK2 cells, we found that AG (20 μM) restored the phosphorylation level of AMPK, and upregulated the expression and transcriptional activity of PGC1α, whereas treatment with H2O2, blockade of AMPK with Compound C or knockdown of AMPKα with siRNA abolished the protective effect of AG on mitochondrial function, suggesting that antioxidant effects and activation of AMPK-dependent PGC1α pathway might be the molecular mechanisms underlying the protective effects of AG on mitochondrial quality control. We conclude that AG could be a promising drug candidate for the treatment of diabetic renal injury through activating AMPK.
Dapagliflozin, the Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor class of glucose-lowering agents, has shown the significantly nephroprotective effects to reduce the risk of kidney failure in diabetes. However, the underlying mechanisms are incompletely understood to explain the beneficial effects of dapagliflozin on kidney function. Here, we demonstrated that the administered of dapagliflozin for 12 weeks improved the proteinuria, histomorphology damage, oxidative stress, and macrophage infiltrations in the kidney of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. Meanwhile, dapagliflozin attenuated the renal inflammation and fibrosis by reducing the pro-inflammatory factors interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-1β, and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and anti-fiber factor fibronectin (FN) and elevating the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10. Our data revealed that dapagliflozin exerted anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the activation of high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1)/TLR2/4/NF-κB signaling pathway. Consistently, we found that dapagliflozin suppressed the expression of HMGB1 and downstream TLR2/4/NF-κB signaling proteins in the human proximal tubular (HK-2) stimulated by high glucose and lipids or HMGB1 and RAW264.7 cells stimulated by IL-1β, respectively. Further experiments were performed in the indirect co-culture model of RAW264.7 and HK-2 cells induced by high glucose and lipids. The results again confirmed the effects of dapagliflozin on alleviating inflammatory response and regulating the proportions of M1/M2 macrophage. It is indicated that the feedback signaling of HMGB1 between the tubules and macrophage involves in the persistence of the inflammation. These data demonstrate that dapagliflozin suppress the self-perpetuating inflammation by blocking the feedback loop of HMGB1 in the kidney, which contribute to ameliorate the renal injury in diabetes.
Background and aim: Sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) has been verified to improve Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in previous clinical practice. We mainly aim to investigate the effects of SGLT2i on liver fibrosis in NAFLD patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search utilizing the databases PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, and extracted continuous data in the form of mean and standard deviation of the difference before and after treatment. RevMan 5.3 software was used to chart the pooled forest plot and perform heterogeneity, sensitivity and subgroup analysis. This study is conducted under the protocol registered with the Platform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-analysis Protocols (INPLASY protocol 4946, INPLASY202360058).Results: A total of 16 articles involving 699 patients were included. Indicators of liver fibrosis, containing Liver Stiffness Measurement (LSM), Controlled Attenuation Parameter (CAP), Serum ferritin, Serum type 4 collagen 7s, and FIB-4 index, were found to be considerably reduced by SGLT2i medication and subgroup analysis manifested pronounced dose-dependence. Additionally, SGLT2i therapy decreased BMI, lipid buildup and insulin resistance.Conclusions: SGLT2 inhibitors significantly ameliorated liver fibrosis and liver fat content, improved body conditions and insulin resistance, demonstrating that SGLT2i might reduce the risk of the progression of liver fibrosis and have a positive effect on NAFLD patients with T2DM.
目的 探讨新癀片含化对慢性扁桃体炎(隐窝型)的治疗作用,寻找治疗慢性隐窝型扁桃体炎(chronic cryptic tonsillitis,CCT)的合适方法.方法 研究对象24例,为确诊为CCT的患者,干预手段为新癀片含化,每日4次,每次1片,干预时间为4周,在治疗前和治疗后分别取CTT患者扁桃体窝内的排出物,以显微镜涂片检测其中脱落细胞数,并用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测其中炎症介质白介素(interleukin,IL)-1 β、IL-6、IL-8 和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α的浓度.结果 24例患者完成了该项研究.新癀片含化治疗第4周末与治疗前相比较,扁桃体窝内的排出物中脱落细胞数经涂片镜检发现其显著减少,而且排出物中炎症介质IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的浓度经ELISA检测也发现其明显降低,治疗前后之间的差异具有统计学意义.结论 新癀片含化对CTT患者有明确的治疗作用,适合于治疗该病.
Introduction: CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) play an important role in human’s immune tolerance. The study was aimed to assess the influence of budesonide nasal spray on CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs and to evaluate their cellular functions in neutrophilic chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNPs). Methods: Fifteen patients with neutrophilic CRSwNPs were enrolled and received physiological saline or budesonide nasal spray treatment (Saline or Budesonide group) for 3 months. Nasal tissue samples were obtained from normal subjects or those patients and cultured in vitro. CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs were separated from normal or NP tissues and also cultured in vitro. Then interleukin (IL)-10 and its mRNA were evaluated in the above cell cultures. The cells were applied into NP cultures. Finally, myeloperoxidase (MPO), interferon (IFN)-γ, IL-1β, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α were assessed in the tissue cultures. Results: CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs decreased in NP tissues. Budesonide administration did not enhance the percentage of these cells in polypoid tissues. IL-10 and its mRNA were increased in the above cell cultures from NPs. However, there were no statistical differences between the two treatments in the IL-10 expression. Additionally, levels of MPO, IFN-γ, IL-1β, and TNF-α were totally elevated in NP tissue cultures and reduced after the administration of CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs. However, there were no significant differences in concentrations of these mediators between these two groups of the CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs treatment in vitro. Conclusion: The findings indicate that CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs might regulate the neutrophilic inflammation, and budesonide nasal spray therapy could not ameliorate the inflammation in neutrophilic CRSwNPs.
Background The World Health Organization has proposed an initiative to “end tuberculosis (TB).” Unfortunately, TB continues to endanger the health of people worldwide. We investigated the impact of public health services (PHS) in China on TB incidence. In this way, we provided policy ideas for preventing the TB epidemic. Methods We used the “New Public Management Theory” to develop two indicators to quantify policy documents: multisector participation (MP) and the Assessable Public Health Service Coverage Rate (ASCR). The panel data from 31 provinces in Chinese mainland were collected from 2005 to 2019 based on 1,129 policy documents and the China Statistical Yearbook. A fixed-effect model was used to determine the impact of MP and the ASCR on TB incidence. Results From 2005 to 2019, the average MP increased from 89.25 to 97.70%, and the average ASCR increased from 53.97 to 78.40% in Chinese mainland. However, the development of ASCR between regions was not balanced, and the average level in the western region was lower than that in the eastern coastal provinces. With an increase in MP and the ASCR, the TB incidence had been decreasing gradually in recent years. The panel analysis results showed that MP (β = −0.76, p < 0.05). and ASCR (β = −0.40, p < 0.01) had a negative effect on TB incidence, respectively. Even if the control variables were added, the negative effects of MP (β = −0.86, p < 0.05) and ASCR (β = −0.35, p < 0.01) were still statistically significant. Conclusions Promoting the participation of multiple departments, as well as emphasizing the quality of PHS delivery, are important ways to alleviate the TB epidemic. The settings of evaluation indices for PHS provision should be strengthened in the future.
Background:Since 1987, the Chinese government has promoted public mental health by continuously implementing mental health related policies. This research attempts to reveal the distribution and characteristics of mental health related policies. In addition, it can help stakeholders evaluate whether the environment for policy implementation has improved and identify key points in the development of the overall mental health system.Methods:We used a bibliometric approach to analyze the evolution of mental health related policies in China from 1987 to 2020. A total of 239 mental health related policies were collected from Beida Fabao and official Internet websites of governmental departments. Co-wording, social networks, and citation analysis were applied to explore the evolutionary features of such policies.Results:The evolution of policy development showed that the number of mental health related policies in China has been increasing and their content has been enriched. Over time, mental health related policies not only gradually expanded its focus on common mental disorders, but also included an increasing number of keywords related to service provision, organization and administration. However, most policies were implemented independently by separate agencies and the number of policies jointly implemented by different agencies only accounted for 32.64% of all the policies implemented. The Ministry of Health (MOH) is at the core of the collaborative network associated with implementing mental health related policies in China.Conclusion:The environment associated with the implementation of mental health related policies in China is gradually improving. However, cross-sector collaboration among different agencies needs to be strengthened and financial support for related resources needs more attention. A clear division of responsibilities among various agencies and a sustainable financing mechanism are essential to the development and implementation of mental health related policies.
Background CD8 + CD25 + fork-head box transcription factor (Foxp3) + regulatory T cells (CD8 + Tregs) play a role in immune tolerance. However, the role of these cells in allergic rhinitis (AR) has not been elucidated. The study aimed to evaluate influences of CD8 + Tregs on inflammatory conditions in a murine model of AR. Methods A murine model of AR was established. CD8 + Tregs were isolated from mice nasal mucosa and cultured in vitro. We examined interleukin (IL)-10 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β in cell cultures. Then, we administered CD8 + Tregs into mice nasal mucosal cultures, and examined eosinophil cation protein (ECP), IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in these cultures. Finally, we adoptively transferred CD8 + Tregs into mice models, and evaluated percentages of CD8 + Tregs, numbers of sneezing and nasal rubbing, and counts of eosinophils and contents of ECP, IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in nasal lavage fluid (NLF) in mice. Results The percentage of CD8 + Tregs from AR mice was reduced. IL-10 and TGF-β were increased in cell cultures from AR mice. ECP, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 were decreased after the AR mice CD8 + Tregs administration in mucosal cultures. However, their contents were not changed after normal CD8 + Tregs treatment. Additionally, the adoptive transfer of AR CD8 + Tregs enhanced the percentage of CD8 + Tregs and levels of IL-10 and TGF-β in NLF, reduced numbers of sneezing and nasal rubbing, and counts of eosinophils and concentrations of ECP, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in NLF. However, normal CD8 + Tregs could not change above parameters. Conclusion These findings show that CD8 + Tregs may inhibit inflammatory responses in the AR condition.
目的 探讨CD4+Treg细胞对变应性鼻炎(AR)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)的作用.方法 招募正常人(对照组)和AR患者(AR组)各15例,分别从两组志愿者外周血中获取PBMCs,接着从PBMCs中分离、提纯CD4+Treg细胞,检测该细胞在总CD4+T细胞中所占的百分比,并将其进行体外培养,然后检测CD4+Treg细胞培养基中白介素(IL)-10和转化生长因子(TGF)-β及其mRNA的含量,最后,将体外培养的CD4+Treg细胞加入到AR患者的PBMCs培养基中进行干预,并检测培养基中IL-4和IL-5的浓度.结果 AR患者CD4+Treg细胞(2.523±0.260)在总CD4+T细胞中所占的百分比较对照组(4.716±0.390)减少,但AR组患者CD4+Treg细胞培养基中 IL-10(96.19±6.96 vs 33.69±3.88)和 TGF-β(77.73±7.96 vs 31.39±3.15)及其 mRNA(3.30±0.27 vs0.26±0.05;3.29±0.26 vs 0.26±0.03)的含量却显著增多,AR 组 PBMCs 培养基中 IL-4(260.40±12.49)和IL-5(287.10±18.52)的浓度较对照组(23.07±3.26;19.62±2.46)为高,径AR患者的CD4+Treg细胞干预后,AR患者PBMCs培养基中IL-4(120.60±9.58)和IL-5(137.60±12.33)的浓度显著降低,但对照组CD4+Treg细胞的干预没有改变培养基中这些细胞因子(241.70±12.44;262.40±18.88)的含量.结论 CD4+Treg细胞在变应性炎症状态下可以激活并起到抑制炎症的作用.
Introduction: Nuocytes play an important role in Type 2 immunity. However, the contribution of ILC2s to allergic rhinitis remains to be clearly elucidated. Objective: To evaluate the role of nuocytes from mesenteric lymph node on allergic responses in mice. Methods: After intraperitoneal administration of interleukin IL-25 and IL-33 to wild-type and Il17br(-/-)Il1rl1(-/-) double-deficient mice, nuocytes were purified from the the nasal-associated lymphoid tissue and mesenteric lymph nodes. Then, we assessed productions of IL-5 and IL-13 in nuocytes' cultures. Finally, we adoptively transferred the mesenteric lymph node-derived nuocytes from wild-type and Il17br(-/-)Il1rl1(-/-) mice to the murine model of allergic rhinitis to evaluate their roles in nasal allergic responses. Results: We showed that nuocytes in the mesenteric lymph nodes of wild-type mice were upregulated after application of IL-25 and IL-33, and were induced to produce IL-5 and IL-13. Numbers of sneezing and nasal rubbing as well as eosinophils were all enhanced after the adoptive transfer of wild-type nuocytes. Concentrations of IL-5, IL-13, IL-25 and IL-33 in nasal lavage fluid of allergic mice were also increased. However, nuocytes from Il17br(-/-)Il1rl1(-/-) mice did not increase sneezing and nasal rubbing and eosinophilia, and upregulate the above cytokines in the nasal lavage fluid. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that nuocytes from the mesenteric lymph nodes of wild-type mice promote allergic responses in a mouse model.
Regional regulatory policies (RPs) are a major factor in the prevention and control of chronic diseases (PCCDs) through the implementation of various measures. This study aimed to explore the impacts of RPs on PCCDs, with a focus on the mediating roles of community service. The soundness of the regulatory mechanism (SORM) was used to measure the soundness of RPs based on 1095 policy documents (updated as of 2015). Coverage provided by community service institutions (CSIs) and community health centres (CHCs) was used to represent community service coverage derived from the China Statistical Yearbook (2015), while the number of chronic diseases (NCDs) was used to measure the effects of PCCDs based on data taken from the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study survey. To assess the relationship between SORM, NCDs and community service, a negative binomial regression model and mediation analysis with bootstrapping were conducted. Results revealed that there was a negative correlation between SORM and NCDs. CSIs had a major effect on the relationship between RPs and PCCDs, while CHCs had a partial mediating effect. RPs can effectively prevent and control chronic diseases. Increased effort should also be aimed at strengthening the roles of CSIs and CHCs.
This study aimed to analyze the changes in the 10 major categories of women's healthcare services (WHSs) in Shanghai (SH) and New York City (NYC) from 1978 to 2017, and examine the relationship between these changes and maternal mortality ratio (MMR). Content analysis of available public policy documents concerning women's health was conducted. Two indicators were designed to represent the delivery of WHSs: The essential women's healthcare service coverage rate (ESCR) and the assessable essential healthcare service coverage rate (AESCR). Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the two indicators and MMR. In SH, the ESCR increased from 10% to 90%, AESCR increased from 0% to 90%, and MMR decreased from 24.0/100,000 to 1.01/100,000. In NYC, the ESCR increased from 0% to 80%, the AESCR increased from 0% to 60%, and the MMR decreased from 24.7/100,000 to 21.4/100,000. The MMR significantly decreased as both indicators increased (p < 0.01). Major advances have been made in women's healthcare in both cities, with SH having a better improvement effect. A common shortcoming for both was the lack of menopausal health service provision. The promotion of women's health still needs to receive continuous attention from governments of SH and NYC. The experiences of the two cities showed that placing WHSs among policy priorities is effective in improving service status.
目的 探讨5-氧代-6,8,11,14-二十碳四烯酸(5-oxo-6,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid,5-oxo-ETE)体外能否促进鼻息肉中嗜中性粒细胞(neutrophils,Neu)释放炎症介质髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO).方法 用免疫组织化学法检测正常鼻黏膜组织和鼻息肉组织中Neu的浸润,将两种组织进行体外培养,用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法检测其中MPO含量,后将5-oxo-ETE或5-oxo-ETE+百日咳毒素(pertussis toxin,PT)加入两种组织的培养基中,再以ELISA法检测其中MPO浓度.结果 鼻息肉组织中Neu数目明显多于正常鼻黏膜组织,体外培养的鼻息肉组织中MPO含量显著高于正常鼻黏膜组织,单纯5-oxo-ETE干预后鼻息肉中MPO浓度明显升高,而5-oxo-ETE+PT干预后该炎症介质浓度下降,但与未经任何干预的鼻息肉中MPO含量相比,无统计学差异.结论 5-oxo-ETE体外可以促进鼻息肉组织中Neu释放炎症介质MPO.
