Through thermal analysis,several heat transfer models of the thermal vacuum simulator were bulit. Based on the thermal models,we integrate all parts of the system by using stable step. And the temperature response curves of the test specimen were obtained. According to the temperature response curves,an appropriate method of prediction of temper-ature set value was proposed,and control of temperature during the tests was optimized. The temperature control strategy is verified,which has a significant effect on reducing the temperature response time.
The dual fluidized bed biomass gasification technology is an important technology to convert low-quality biomass into high-grade hydrogen. In order to further reduce the tar content in gas, we proposed a new multi-combined circulating fluidized bed gasification basing on the existing researches of the dual fluidized bed gasification. Moreover, we designed and built a cold state test system, focusing on the influence of bed material, low speed area fluidization velocity, the fluidization velocity ratio of high and low speed area to the gasification chamber pressure distribution and the solid circulation of output loop. They will be the foundation for construction and commissioning of multi-combined circulating fluidized bed gasification thermal test system.
我国稻壳资源丰富,但浪费严重,以稻壳为原料制备高比表面积、 化学性能稳定、 低成本的活性炭具有很大的发展前景.本文介绍了稻壳制备活性炭的方法,分析了炭化条件对炭化稻壳品质的影响;从环境效应、 活性炭品质等方面分析了物理活化法、 化学活化法、 物理化学活化法三类活化工艺的优缺点,同时结合稻壳气化发电厂的条件,提出了一种新型活性炭、 白炭黑与电多联产系统.
2015年,在河南省鹿邑县委、县政府的带领下,鹿邑县委农办、县直有关部门和各乡镇、办事处积极行动,在全县迅速掀起了改善农村人居环境整治工作的高潮,农村人居环境得到了有效治理.全县24个乡镇,554个行政村2086个自然村,农村人居环境工作开展较好的村127个,第一批验收通过31个试点村.全县试点村已安装路灯64803盏,墙体出新4880万平方米,共整修废旧坑塘899处,整修沟渠118条23790米,新拓宽、疏通村内道路351条39650米;建立垃圾池982个,流动垃圾箱539个.
