BIM 5D技术的应用能够显著提升项目绿色施工管理的效率和质量,对于促进绿色施工的现代化发展、推动绿色施工管理创新与进步具有重要价值.以深圳市某实验室项目为研究对象,通过BIM 5D计划模型、BIM施工进度管理、BIM场布策划及施工过程模拟、BIM模型轻量化以及BIM协同管理等方法,探讨BIM 5D技术在绿色施工过程中的综合管控作用,为今后相关工程建设提高项目的信息管理技术水平、实现沟通协调的及时性、合理利用资源并有效管控施工进度、降低工程成本、实现低碳节能和绿色施工等提供借鉴.
This study aims to reduce the impact of conventional construction procedures on the construction quality,efficiency and cost of anchor bolts by optimizing the key technology for anti-floating anchor bolts.A novel combination of anchor bolt construction zoning and aerial orthographic maps to improve the construction deployment.The rotary connector for vertical lifting of anchor bolts can be used to keep anchor bolts upright in the lifting process.Drilling is carried out for casings and anchor bolts at the same time to reduce the collapse of holes.High-strength anti-floating anchor bolts can also be used as a reinforcement support for the upper surface at the bottom.Research results show that the quality,duration and quality of anti-floating anchor bolt construction have been greatly improved by technological optimization,thus providing a valuable guide and reference for scholars and practitioners in related fields.This will also promote the further development and optimization of the construction technology for anti-floating anchor bolts.
At present, there is little research related to the construction of anti floating anchor. According to the relevant data of anti floating anchor construction, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of anti floating anchor; Taking the actual project as an example, this paper discusses the selection of drilling and grouting methods of anti floating anchor in the basement, the influence of anti floating anchor construction before and after cushion construction, and the related content of cost control. Through the innovation and optimization of each construction node, the construction method and process of anti floating anchor are improved, which provides a reference for the construction of similar anti floating anchor in the future.
为提高剪力墙结构中暗装(或半暗装)消防管留槽质量,优化剪力墙留槽施工的施工工艺,解决剪力墙中留槽垂平度较差的施工技术难题,在深圳民治项目实施过程中,对剪力墙预留管槽施工常见难题进行了深入研究,在对大量施工技术工艺调研之后,依据设计图纸做法要求,提出创新可行的处理方式,并成功应用于本项目中.通过对消火栓及其管道位置采用铝模加木模结合的施工形式,较好地实现了留槽施工,并通过木模角部钉PVC管的方式,进一步提高了管槽成型效果,提高了施工效率,该施工方式可为类似剪力墙留槽提供参考.
文章以某项目地下综合管廊为例,研究了地下室外墙外挂变高度综合管廊结构工程的多种施工方案,包括新型工法的使用、综合管廊的成本管控,确定了最优施工方案,进一步通过BIM建模分析,优化了施工方案的部署与资源投入,为同类施工方式提供借鉴.
建筑业长期以来一直是个安全事故多发的高危行业,随着建筑业的逐渐发展升级,传统的建筑施工管理方式也逐渐出现了弊病,原有的施工现场管理模式已经不能适应可持续发展的市场要求.因此智慧工地平台应运而生,不仅极大地改善施工管理环境,还实现建筑智能化管理.针对智慧工地平台的建设,主要研究如何通过智慧工地系统降低安全事故的发生频率、强化现场安全管理工作、杜绝各种违规操作的一些应用点.
文章以深圳某国家实验室项目为例,介绍了现浇梁钢筋桁架楼承板施工工艺,经过对现浇梁与钢筋桁架楼承板的施工流程及连接节点的研究,提出较完善的施工部署和合理的处理方式;优化了承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架立杆搭设,在规范允许范围内增大立杆纵横向间距,使用槽钢作为梁底支撑,减少或避免梁底立杆,研究了盘扣架优化后的节点处理,给出了相对最优的解决方式.
为提高公寓卫生间防水效果,解决大板结构超薄降板卫生间的施工技术难题,在深圳民治项目实施过程中,对卫生间防水施工常见难题进行了深入研究,在对大量施工技术工艺调研之后,依据设计图纸做法要求,提出创新可行的处理方式,实现了降本增效的目的.总结形成的大板结构折板卫生间含精装在内的全套关键施工技术,可为类似项目提供参考.
