Objective To investigate the excretion of urinary 8-isoprostanes F_ 2α in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 20 patients with cerebral infarction were chosen as assay group according to selection criterion,and 19 individuals were chosen as control group.Plasma and urinary samples of each patient were collected within 24 hours and 2 weeks after onset separately.The concentration of urinary 8-isoprostanes F_ 2α and creatinine were measured in each sample.Results (1)The concentration of urinary 8-isoprostanes F_ 2α within 24 hours and 2 weeks after onset in the assay group is significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.01).(2)The concentration of urinary 8-isoprostanes F_ 2α of 2 weeks after onset is significantly higher than that within 24 hours after onset in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Conclusion Urinary 8-isoprostanes F_ 2α increased in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and there is a higher level of lipid peroxidation on the fourteenth day after onset.
目的:氧化低密度脂蛋白在动脉硬化形成的机制中占极其重要的地位.测定急性脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白的氧化延迟时间,以明确其抗氧化能力.方法:急性脑梗死组26例,对照组为体检者中有血脂增高者20例,均于2000-11/2001-02在日本Leiminkyo康复医院收集.体外氧化低密度脂蛋白氧化敏感度的测定以所形成的共轭双烯延迟时间来定量.结果:急性脑梗死组氧化低密度脂蛋白氧化延迟时间(56.6±3.8)min,显著低于对照组(66.8±4.5)min.结论:急性脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白的抗氧化能力有明显下降,而且其动脉硬化的危险性并不限于高脂血症的影响,或许与其氧化低密度脂蛋白的抗氧化力下降更为相关.从而推测氧化低密度脂蛋白氧化敏感度的增加可能成为监测脑梗死发生的一个重要危险因素.
