Based on the monetary policy and supply and demand sides, an empirical analysis of the panel data of 35 large and medium-sized cities in China from 2010 to 2019,The findings are as below:(1)The increase in the interest rate of monetary policy price-based tools and the increase in land supply on the supply side have the effect of restraining the rise in housing prices; the increase in the number of people on the demand side expands the gap between supply and demand and promotes the rise in housing prices;(2)Housing prices are more sensitive to changes in monetary policy signals and have strong financial attributes;(3)Urban housing prices are differentiated, and housing price regulation needs to be implemented according to the city.To this end, the housing price issue requires the internal and external linkage reform of the real estate market.In addition to focusing on the use of short-term interest rate tools, it is still necessary to implement city-specific policies.Under the promotion of external monetary policy, the internal supply and demand sides must work together to achieve reasonable and effective housing price regulation and promotion.A virtuous circle and healthy development of the real estate industry.
Improving migrants’ settlement intention is of great importance in the process of China’s new urbanization. By exploiting the data from the China Migrants Dynamic Survey conducted by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, this study empirically explores the effects of urban health care on migrants’ settlement intentions. Urban health care is measured by the establishment of migrants’ health records in this article. Additionally, marginal effect analysis, propensity score matching, the random sampling method, the placebo test, and the two-stage least squares method are adopted to tackle potential selection bias and endogeneity concerns. As indicated by the empirical results, urban health care could significantly improve the migrants’ settlement intention. After controlling for the influence of individual characteristics, household characteristics, and migration characteristics, urban health care still plays a significant role in promoting settlement intention. As revealed by the heterogeneity analysis, urban healthcare effects are significantly larger for migrants with agricultural hukou registration, a spouse, younger age, higher income level, and moving into the first and second-tier cities. Meanwhile, considering the impact of housing pressure on migrants’ settlement intentions, this study uses household housing expenditure as a moderator to further analyze the relationship between urban health care and settlement intention. It is found that housing pressure can weaken the positive effect of urban health care on migrants’ settlement intention. The research conclusions contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the migrants’ settlement decisions and provide rich implications for city managers and policymakers.
选取无烟煤粉为对象,对表面活性剂的相关性能以及无烟煤粉的润湿性进行研究,在此基础上设计并搭建了湿式纤维栅除尘系统,研究不同风速、喷雾压力、纤维栅目数以及复配表面活性剂的种类对除尘效率的影响.实验结果表明,表面活性剂可以有效降低水的表面张力,使得煤粉更容易被湿润;在除尘系统还未添加表面活性剂时,干式纤维栅对粉尘的单一过滤效率较低;添加喷雾装置后,除尘效率随喷雾压力的增大先提高,后趋于稳定,且总体效率均明显高于单一纤维栅除尘条件下的效率;纤维栅目数和除尘效率呈正相关,而当风速大于0.7 m/s后,由于纤维网上形成的水膜较多,会对风速产生一定的阻力,此时,风速对除尘效率的变化影响不明显;添加表面活性剂之后,发现LAB-35和X-100混合表面活性剂溶液的除尘效率最高,达到97.03%.
为防治矿井排风口的粉尘对矿区周边大气环境的污染问题,基于流体动力学、气液耦合和喷雾降尘及振弦栅除尘理论,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)三维数值模拟方法,优化振弦栅与高压喷雾协同作用下除尘特性参数,研究不同雾化压力对雾滴粒径分布及质量浓度分布的影响,分析振弦栅直径及间距对雾滴拦截效果、风速对双层振弦栅水膜作用特征.结果表明:随着雾化压力增大,雾滴粒径逐渐变小且分布集中化,雾化压力超过8 MPa后雾滴粒径分布变化不明显;不同间距的振弦栅均对流场有截流作用并伴有严重回流现象,而间距为5 mm的振弦栅对粒径较小的雾滴拦截效果更好;当进口风速为3 m/s时振弦栅表面形成水膜效果最佳,更利于粉尘捕集;模拟数据与试验结果变化趋势基本一致.
