Cystic echinoccosis is an important zoonotic parasitic disease of humans and animals caused by Echinococcus granulosus. At present, there is no effective method for the disease, so effective diagnostic methods are particularly important for the prevention and control of cystic echinococcosis. According to the growth stage of Echinococcus granulosus in the intermediate host, the diagnostic antigens can be divided into: oncosphere stage antigen, protoscoleces stage antigen and cystic fluid stage antigen. This article introduces the latest advances in diagnostic antigens to provide a reference for the study of antigens used in immunodiagnosis of cystic echinococcosis.
