Objective:To evaluate the effect of refined service in extended military outpatient service for enhancement of military staff satisfactory. Methods: We made better consulting environment for 53800 military staff, built first class medical team, and provide satisfactory nursing service. Results: The satisfactory rate of consulting military staff had improved to100% monthly. Conclusion: After extension, our military outpatient service had all kinds of functions and put refined service into outpatient services. We improved the satisfactory rate of military service.
