The characteristics of biological properties of lactobacillus that compose the formula of starter cultures in new author's synbiotic «LL-complex» can be found in the article. The presence of antimycotic activity of probiotic has been ascertained during the in vitro experiment. Its high efficiency is shown during the application in treatment of diseases, complicated with candidal dysbiosis in pediatrics, and diseases of candidal aetiology in gynaecological practice.

Objective assessment of gastro-intestinal tract microbiocenosis and analysis of a real food ration and past medical history of students of higher education institutions have been held. The necessity of probiotics inclusion into a student food ration has been scientifically grounded. High efficiency of the food ration enrichment with the new authorial liquid simbiotik has been demonstrated by the detected intestine microbiocenosis normalization as well as by of overall health and psyco-emotional status improvement.

Carried out is the blind placebo-control investigation of efficiency of introducing the authors probiotics (LB-complex, LL-complex) in the algorithms of care for 4088 newborns, in the therapeutic programs of the second stage of fostering of 3574 premature newborns, in the algorithms of treatment of 66 children aged 4 to 14 for gastrointestinal diseases and atopic dermatitises as well as in the programs of sanitation of 850 children in the childrens preschool institutions. High efficiency of introducing the authors preparations in the therapeutic and prophylactic programs is proved.
