PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for a biological hard tissue adhesion capable of providing an adhesion composition for a biological hard tissue, having sufficiently high hardness of a cured product, exhibiting high adhesiveness to bones, dentine, metals and ceramics, excellent in biocompatibility and biological absorption property, and further excellent in release property of an agent when contains the agent having biological activities.SOLUTION: A kit for biological hard tissue adhesion contains phosphorylated polysaccharides, polyvalent metal salts other than phosphate and solvents, further phosphate, polyphosphoric acid and/or a salt thereof if needed.
A method for producing a phosphorylated polysaccharide, characterized by mixing an aqueous solution that contains a polysaccharide (a) comprising at least one component selected from the group consisting of pullulan, glucomannan, amylose, starch, dextran and lentinan and an alkaline compound (b) with a phosphorous compound (c) comprising phosphorous oxychloride at -5 to 10˚C to cause these components to react with one another. According to the production method of the invention, a phosphorylated polysaccharide can be obtained in the form of a dried solid, the dried solid can be re-dissolved and can be prepared into a powdery preparation or a tablet, and therefore the applicability of the phosphorylated polysaccharide can be widen.
